The person who did the job was very professional and respectful. He did a good job and was very patient. We are satisfied and happy with the work that was done.

The service tech arrived on time, was efficient and explained what needed to be done. Fixed our sewer line and was also quite courteous.

Worksite was safe and neat. Good communication, professional staff; site cleared and cleaned nicely.

I called (around 2pm) because the floor drain in our utility room started overflowing; it was sewage. I thought their technician (can't recall his name) was running late but it was MY phone that was blocking his calls. We finally were able to communicate and he came by in approx. 30 minutes. He thought it might be a clogged drain but after a more detailed inspection he deduced that it was a faulty sewage injector pump. He called the Roto-Rooter division responsible for that type of work and scheduled the service for us.
Two plumbers (Ali was one of them) came about an hour later and performed the work. They were done by 730pm and the work area was clean. Ali explained details about the job and info about the warranty.
Every person we dealt with from Roto-Rooter was friendly, professional, and proficient.
I will use this company in the future and I have no problem recommending them.

Ari and his partner came out at a late hour when I had a plumbing emergency and were very clear about what they were doing, thorough, helpful, and made me feel very at ease during a very uneasy time. I appreciate his quick response and willingness to come out ASAP. Will definitely be using again!

My Roto-Rooter person (Kemal) he was very friendly, very professional. He did a great job how he explained what was going on with my toilet issue and clean very well behind his self he did not leave a mess and I will be using him again when I need something else done.

I got a call 30 mins before the technician arrived letting me know when he was going to be here. Kemal was very professional and knowledgeable. My toilet broke over the weekend. It was not flushing. The service tech came by and explained the issue and why replacement was better than repair (the toilet was 40+ years old). He was also able to fix it same day. Polite and professional service. Would use again.

I contacted Roto-Rooter for a leak in my bathroom. They were able to get someone out very quickly and the repair was great! Ali was extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely, friendly, and overall fantastic! I cannot overstate how amazing he was in the repair and in explaining everything. Roto rooter was the second company to come out the first company couldn’t do it.
When Justin arrived he introduces himself i showed him to the problem, he explained everything to me. He was able to get all the way through and cleaned everything when he was done. I so pleased with his professionalism.

Karim was our technician and did a wonderful job with hooking up our garbage disposal and faucet. He was timely, patient with any questions, and communicated everything going on and highlighted potential areas to keep an eye on in the future.

We’ve been using our washing machine with a known problem for years. That is, every time it is used and goes into a drain cycle, water gets backed up into our nearby sink. Fortunately, we decided that today is the day that we explore doing something about it and we came across Roto-Rooter. I called the local number and the agent was very courteous and let us know that we could have someone here today (Sunday) in the next 4 hours. We received a text to notify us about our tech, and Juan showed up soon after to introduce himself. He did a great job listening to our reported issues, diagnosing the issue in our lower level, and getting the problem fixed asap. He was very professional and courteous throughout the service. And upon finishing the drain cleaning, he did a thorough job checking on his work to make sure it was done right and the area was cleaned — and furthermore that we (the customer) were fully satisfied. I would certainly recommend Roto-Rooter services to anyone experiencing drain concerns or needing other plumbing services. Juan did a fantastic job representing his company to a first time customer, and we certainly appreciate the support.

When my drains backed up, they came out and cleared them. This is an older house and I have been trying to budget for the problem pipe to be replaced. They wrote up an offer for a resurfacing procedure for a third of the cost of the replacement that I will be considering. They did all the work from the outside. Professional and courteous.

My technician Tyler was pleasant to work with. He arrived promptly, on time and with a courteous greeting. He thoroughly explained diagnosis and resolve of issues found. He was very informative about the services of Roto-Rotor. His explanations are in a language you understand. He was extremely professional and appeared quite experienced while working. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Our Technician (Korim) was great. He was very quick and comprehensive to diagnose our leakage issue and to suggest a solution. He was considerate of our budget and gave us many options to decide on. When he came back to fix the issue - he was very adaptable and helpful when the initial part did not fit due to the unique build of our sink, and although it was the end of his service time - he went out of his way to find the part that fit and got the job done. It was wonderful to have his help and couldn’t not have asked for a better experience.

Our sewer backed up yesterday afternoon. I called a couple of places and the earliest they could come was late afternoon today or Friday. Then I called Roto Rooter and they could come this morning before 9:00. Joe did his thing and we were all set by 11:00. I'm very satisfied with Joe and Roto Rooter.
