Went in today to get a new pair of running shoes. Jillian helped me get fitted and gave me a ton of options to choose from. She was so knowledgeable and her customer service was incredible! My friend was so impressed that she also got fitted for a new pair of running shoes despite having just bought a new pair. We both left so very happy - huge thanks to Jillian!

I went there for a packet pickup for a race this weekend. Driving there, I was kicking myself for not paying the extra money to have them shipped, but Mitch made the 45 minute drive worth it. I was greeted with a huge smile by staff AND other customers. Mitch was helpful with my questions and patient while I browsed, and while i only walked out with socks and a running belt, I will absolutely be coming back when I'm in the area!

I had talked to a lady named Missy there. Her and everyone else in there were very informative, super nice and laid back but knew what they were talking about. I am a runner in track and field,( I sprint )and I needed regular running shoes and sprinting spikes. Missy had me walk and she observed how my feet were and she had specialized and narrowed down the choices of shoe I would be able to buy. From there I ended up buying both shoes at dick ponds and getting 15% off my order for being a student and 5% of my purchase went back to my school. Going to Dick Pond Athletics Lisle, Green Trails Shopping Center, 2775 Maple Ave, Lisle, IL 60532 shopping is always a fun and educational experience. All of the sales staff in this store are either younger runners or have been running for years and are extremely knowledgeable about all of their stock of shoes and apparel offered for sale. There's a soft indoor track surface for you to test out your shoes inside their store. They have a running club that goes out once a week in the better weather I don't remember what night of the week but still a lot of resources available for someone wanting to either run with a group or get back into running with the support of a group.

The best running store. Their staff is very knowledgeable (they are very good runners as well), treat you well, and are willing to give good advice to cover our running needs. I rate them as a 10/10.

Great service! I love going there for my trainers and I just recently bought a pair of sprinting spikes and high jump spikes. I always leave satisfied!
