St Francis de Sales Catholic Church

First time at this church. And I've lived in Lake Zurich for 31 years. Attended a Memorial service for a close friend, Paul Lopez, who passed away in October. WS very moved and touched by the Priests sermon and words during the service. Even though I am not a regular church goer, I'm a catholic as that is how I was raised. Many I know, attended St. Francis de Sales Catholic school. This is a wonderful church and parish. The church is beautiful inside. The woman who leads the choir has an absolutely amazing voice as does the choir members who participated in the service. While it was a sad moment for all of us Attending Paul's Memorial, the service provided all of us peace and comfort during our time of sadness. So very glad this wonderful Parish exists. I highly recommend attending a service there.

My grand niece was baptized April 10. It was a socially distanced event, but incredibly profound l.

A consistently benevolent group of people, they serve the community with love and supportive programs. If there were enough room to tell you all the stories of the good that this Ministry does we would be here a life-time talking about it... the list is long ❗🙂 ...and how they have made my life more pleasant; my basic survival possible. I will always be thankful for all that they continue to do, relentlessly.

2020 ASH WEDNESDAY, 2pm Prayer service with Father Ryan! Very enlightening and eye opening. Father is so compassionate - I could listen to him for hours. I'm sure no one "snoozes" while he is presenting Prayer Service or Mass. My prayers to you all at ST. FRANCIS de SALES. Thank you for being there for our community! Thank you, Father Ryan!

We Love St Francis more than any other Parish I have belonged too in my 60 years ,because of Father Ryan mostly . I have never seen a Pastor so passionate about his Parish and School. It is because of him our parish has grown so much over the years and my children remain wanting to practice the Catholic faith very much because of him. God Bless this man.

I live in Pingree Grove. I try to make it to St. Francis as often as I can. Fr. Ryan is the priest that brings so many people back to church. He is a Godly man that spreads the word of Christ at every mass. I love his homilies. I wish more people could know him. His examples of the life of Christ are amazing. God bless you Fr. Ryan. May you continue on with your vocation in serving the people as though Jesus himself would have. ❤

The people that volunteer are the nicest and best people I have met..they are very caring and never put anyone down and help you when you are down & out...they help you with everything.

Great people, passionate priest, active philanthropy...represents the best of the Catholic tradition.

Mass made me feel welcomed, part of the community, even though it was the first time I celebrated there.
