Mariano's

Mariano's is a Chicago store featuring many Made in Chicago products.

One such product is Kombuchade a locally produced kombucha.

Kombuchade is made using only Rishi Tea and herbs.

Diana at Starbucks is fantastic! She is definitely overqualified to be working there! The customers appreciate her friendliness, great attitude, and smile on her face!

Mariano's is great! Catering was lovely with easy ordering. The trays I purchased were true to the pictures. Krystoff was helpful and considerate. Berta and deli/bakery staff put together the most beautiful trays. Oki Sushi created a wonderful platter as well. I felt like a guest at my own party! Thanks, Mariano's.

I was so impressed!!!! I was assisted by the manager and two staff members this morning to get a seasonal item that was no longer on the shelves. (The manager went out of his way to help me and in doing so, enlisted the support of two staff members.) They offered to reorder it but also called another Mariano’s store so that I could go there to get it today. You have never seen service like this!!!! To those who helped, thank you so much!!!!! You were all amazing!!!

I ordered a cake from this location and it was absolutely perfect!! We celebrated my sons communion and they did an amazing job with the design and the cake was so good! Won’t be going anywhere else for my cakes.

A great place to shop for any of your needs. We frequently get prepared food for lunches and dinner and can't be happier. Top notch sushi and great pre-made sandwiches. The staff are always available for help and always know how to answer your questions. Excellent selection of grocery's and competitive pricing. Always a pleasure to shop here!

One of the best locations in the area. Grocery prices are pretty standard. They do offer deals. Try the BBQ, it's excellent. Their gelato is excellent, their salad bar, is... You guessed it... Excellent. It's even a good place to bring a friend, or special someone for some good food with a nice seating area while keeping it casual.

Great service, sometimes lines are long but cashiers are always nice. Alexis does a superb job.

Best grocery store in the area, period. They have a great selection of products, and their hot bar(especially their beef chili) is amazing. If you pick out meat in the deli, they'll even grill it for you. Only complaint is sometimes they burn the meat.

A lot of the prices on necessities are good here, the Roundy's brand (store brand) is pretty comparable to most things. The meat department is good and helpful, but the meat isn't at butcher shop quality. Their soups are the best in the business. Sushi is only ok, heavy on the rice, light on flavor and a little expensive at that. Cashiers are good and quick and everyone is willing to help. Overall, a great grocery store for a slightly higher price.

I absolutely love this Mariano's. I get good deals and the people that work here are absolutely EXTRAORDINARY! I believe he was a manager, helped me look for these stupid little discs, it must have been over ten minutes. He was so kind. Everyone is always smiling and friendly. The produce and meat are also always on point.

I live in Palatine (3 blocks from Palatine Marianos) I actually have 3 Marianos closer to my home than the Lake Zurich location! I shop Lake Zurich because of the people. Everybody that works in the store are AWESOME! but the one person that stands out is Joe in the Deli! He is a very nice man and spends the time to take care of you! I feel like I'm going into my small neighborhood deli when I deal with Joe, He is a definite asset to your company! He cares about me and all his customers, a real gentleman!

This location has hands down the best clicklist!! Greg, Shenita, Susan and frankly their whole daytime team are just AWESOME!! My order has always been right, they always call to confirm if anything is out of stock or to confirm subs are OK, and I've never been accidentally overcharged (which has been a problem at other locations...). Thank you to the whole team for being so on top of their game and giving amazing customer service!

I love this Mariano's in general but I have to give a big shout out to the floral department. I was throwing a bridal shower and needed 8 small arrangements. I had 3 vases but needed 5 more, and Dayna actually went to another location to get me the matching vases! I also didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted, just colors really, and Dayna helped me come up with a simple but beautiful design. I was a bit nervous to see the end result because I had been so vague in my order, but they came out SO beautiful! Another employee was there when I picked them up and she helped me out to my car, which was very appreciated. I would highly recommend the floral department to anyone needing flowers for an event.

Wow, the direction grocery stores need to be heading. Great selection from meats, organics, seafood, bread and more. One thing I'm furious about is that I am now addicted to the Poke Bowls!!! They're seriously the best 10 bucks you can spend! So tasty I return once a week for the Salmon & Tuna Poke' bowl. Can't go wrong!

Best new grocery store I've been to in a long time. A large selection of specialty and ethnic foods. Sushi, hot bar , salad bar and bakery all in store. Very nice cheese section with some rare finds.

Covid friendly and safe. Sanitizers every where. Produce is lively and great selection of meat and seafood. Large store but they run out of Izzy red too much. I almost stopped shopping there cuz they run out of it way too fast. People are friendly and checkout safe and fast.

I was shopping at Marianos on a Thursday evening; was looking for London Broil. Happened to meet a gentleman by the name of Joe working in the deli. I asked Joe if they had London Broil , he went through some of the partially cut pieces and then told me he's going to open a fresh sealed pack of the Broil. Great guy , five stars and kudos to you , Joe, for going out of your way. Next time you're shopping at Marianos , be sure to stop by the deli and give a big "HELLO JOE!" shout out. Thank you Joe.
