Very large and superior grocery store. Great deli and liquor department. Have Prime meat, huge selection of most items,flower department is good, sushi selection is good. So many good things can say about this store. Very much more Grand than any other Jewel that I have ever been in.
Only drawback is some of their prices are a bit higher.

Nice Jewel in a convenient residential location. Relatively modern renovations, large produce and deli departments. Staff is always willing to help and the store is well stocked and kept clean. Not as heavily trafficked as some other locations which is very nice.

Always great customer service, and they always have the items that are advertised in their weekly ads, unlike some other locations. Plus, their regular every day items are cheaper here than other locations.

Their produce is fresh and cheap. Their diapers are $11 for 100. Found my new diaper spot

The BEST Jewel ever! While some other pharmacies are turning walk-ins away who is looking to get vaccinated (you would think that getting vaccinated would be encouraged!), the Jewel on Ela have always accommodated us and our busy schedules! Not only is the pharmacy dept flexible and accommodating, the staff are so friendly!
Great customer service is also evident in other departments especially their floral department. Today, I needed white flowers of a specific variety. The staff at the Jewel floral department were amazing! They went above and beyond helping me find exactly what I needed. Customer service everywhere has suffered since covid, but this Jewel has proven that being kind to others and being good at your job still exists. Thank you to all the staff members that made my day a little bit brighter!

Review is for pharmacy! Amazing care on a holiday week from this pharmacy team. Got a call that our meds were in - 9 minutes before close. She said she’d wait for my husband to arrive, not to rush. We were treated with such care…just one person can make such a different experience. Definitely going to change our pharmacy to Jewel on Ela.

My favorite Jewel in LZ. I know that people have preferences between two of them being so close to each other. This is my favorite. Friendly cashiers, clean store, variety of produce to choose from.

You are a GREAT ASSET TO JEWEL & "SOCIETY" in general...this world needs more people like YOU!! As for this store specifically-I have always had a pleasant experience at this location as I have lived in the area for over 20+ years. Every place has good and not so good days but all in all, I enjoy shopping here and appreciate the friendly and helpful service they offer!!

Jewel is just easy to shop and employees are awesome. Hope this store never closes.

This Jewel is great. The Deli department is always well stocked. The staff are amazing. The manager, Linda, always goes out of her way to say hello and and ask about the family. LOVE THIS DELI!!

Of all the grocery stores in this area, NO ONE stands out like the staff at this Jewel Osco. We who live in the area are aware that Jewel owns two stores here in Lake Zurich. They bought the old Dominic's building when it went out of business. And BOTH stores thrive just blocks from each other! A little know fact that many might not be aware of, that I think is important, The Jewel on Ela Road in Lake Zurich employs a number of handicapped folks, who are a blessing and a wonderful asset to the store and our community. I have made so many friendships their with many of the staff, I am always spending 15 more minutes in the store stopping and saying hello to all of those that I have been lucky enough to meet and get to know. They are super friendly and helpful. You can keep all the other grocery stores around here. I will NEVER shop at anyplace other than the Jewel on Ela Road! Great Job gang!!!

A guy working here went out of his way to help me sign up for the jewel osco savings. He was just working in one of the isles and stopped everything he was doing to assist me on Christmas eve. God bless him. I didn't catch his name but he knows who he is.

I've always liked this Jewel vs the newer Jewel a couple blocks away (still doesn't make sense to me :-)). It is smaller but easy to navigate and find items and usually pretty quick at check out. Very friendly.

Until today, April 3, 2021 approximately 3pmish I have not been at a grocery store for quite some time (few years)! MADISON (a fantastic Jewel employee) approached me realizing that I looked like I needed some assistance. She was a huge help to me and I am so grateful to have her immediately stop what she was doing to offer a friendly smile and helping hand-THANK YOU MADISON!!! Also, my cashier was LiLi who was also awesome, very patient and understanding with me!! I am so appreciative to these two women and the others I came across during my shopping experience! I have been shopping at the Lake Zurich Jewel since 1994. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who always makes time to help out! Thanks to all who are associated with this Jewel-Osco...
