Have you ever had a project start happening that you’ve never done before and then you ran out of stuff 1/2 way through; so the thought that you would rather leave half your home in shambles before wanting to go back to the unrelenting and unforgiving crowds at Home Depot or other major chains? Me too. That’s why I shopped at Ace Hardware. Where I wasn’t glared at for looking lost or being in someone’s way. The manager asked and took an interest in my project when I came back for more stuff I inevitably ran out of. The cashiers were friendly and everything was so stinking organized. I can put in an order the night before and have it ready to pick up by 10am next morning (it needs to be in stock but man these guys work fast) UN FREAKING REAL. I worked in customer service for 15 years, it’s exhausting work. But every time I’ve gone in I have had nothing but an amazing experience. I was looking for a specific brick cleaner unsure if that was what I needed, the guy I spoke to (the manager I believe who was also running around the store doing things and not hiding in the back) recommended me graffiti wash instead. It worked SO well. I know he wanted pictures of the updated project but I’ve been so satisfied with them I haven’t found something I need to go back for yet! Maybe light bulbs. But if you’re reading this and you helped me. The pictures speak for themselves. It worked like a CHARM 💛 there’s a picture where I highlighted a little red square of where I tried it and let dry and you can see the cloudy white film is just GONE.

Go to ace hardware if you’re ready to have someone nice help you find the things you need for your home project. My dad doesn’t worry about me as much now that I have these guys next door.

Local ownership of a smaller hardware store that can provide items the big box hardware stores don't have. The prices are sometimes competitive, but often slightly more for those found elsewhere. I enjoy having a choice over the big three.

Placed an online order for an ego generator. A major storm had hit our area and I was in desperate need of this product. When I arrived at Ace the staff was very friendly and even managed to complete my order with their own systems being down due to the storm. They were super friendly to my daughter and made us feel very welcomed. After a night of no power or heat, such a warm welcome and prompt service was exactly what we needed. They put a smile on my daughter and my face and I truly appreciate that. Thanks for the amazing customer service!

Had a great experience at this store. Needed special corners for old window screens. Greg the screen specialist in the back knew he could find them. Went out of his way through old stock to get me what I needed. Thank you for wonderful service!

I was in ace twice this morning and both very pleasant experiences with multiple employees. Two younger guys greeted me in the parking lot. Then the employee at the service desk directed me to the epoxy i needed in 5 seconds. I came back later to get a key cut and that employee was great as well. I really like casper true value and i think the ace hardware is doing a great job as well.

Very helpful team members. He went out of his way to help load the soil bags and they had run out of few I had ordered and helped me grab a few from their own bags and even packed them for me.

The staff is so helpful with excellent knowledge and customer service. Linda was especially helpful with Christmas lights, appropriate timers to use, and so patient with transaction issues using a reward debit/credit card. I will be a loyal customer!

Very big selection for an independent store. Plenty of parking and knowledgeable staff. Why bother to go to the home depot's and the Menard's when you can zip in and out with exactly what you need .

The in store employees are great. I've had help with cutting glass, suggestions for building an easle, and more.

As we are patrons of as many local businesses as possible it was nice to see Ace take over this location. Pleasant and helpful when we have stopped in and for the most part have what were looking for. Welcome to LZ hope your here for years to come

Quick trip to get furnace filters , super nice people there very helpful,

New owners and different hardware brand at this building. Carries a large selection of general hardware items. Ran in for a few small items and all were available.
