Rage Property Management

I have called the property management company several times over the last ten years, and they have always been friendly and always resolved the issue. I think sometimes people confuse the condo board (the elected residents who make decisions and pay the company) with the property managers (Rage Property). I think Rage has done well with what they are given.

Dark halls but nice places and building well maintained!

Worst HOA I have ever experienced. They don’t do any maintenance that needs to be done and they have the worst communication. My HOA fee got raised at the beginning of last year and they never sent an official letter in the mail until I got a letter from an attorney’s office saying I owed all these fees bc I was paying the wrong amount. Now that I’m back on track they just raised the fees for the beginning of next year by $30!!! What is my money going to because they do absolutely nothing and don’t care about any of the tenants in the housing that they are supposed to take care of. Will never buy a home that has this property management ever again!! Do a better job Rage Management!!! 😡

Worst HOA on earth!!!!!!! Whatever you do, do not buy property with them as a management company! God forbid your behind. They'll take you to court in a second and have you pay thousands in lawyer fees. People are struggling!
They don't manage the properties either. Especially during the winter. No salt and slow to clean out spaces. Not to mention the ice hazards. Every year your HOA fees go up with less and less work. Not to mention I've been requesting for these jerkes to look at my roof for 3 years! I have water damage and once a year they come to look inside and that's it! Nothing! Worst management company ever!!! They deserve zero stars!!!!!

Their communication skills are non existent! They know nothing. The secretary never returns calls. Or she says let me leave a message for Don! Well Don.... your leadership skills suck and your a horrible lead! You don't call people back! I guess you just don't respond and the problem is solved. You need to be removed and we need a new HOA.

Their plow service has ripped up my front lawn. I reached out on multiple occasions submitting pictures and everything and it appears everyone else's lawns have properly been patched except for mine. They are also supposed to renew mulch in the front of the homes every other year. Again... they have taken care of all other homes except mine. They do not call you back or respond to emails. Absolutely frustrating to have to work with a company and pay them for your maintenance when they rip up your lawn and do not get back to you or fix it.

We've been waiting for our parking lot and walkways to be plowed for several days now. Sub zero temperatures and I'm out shoveling our walkways instead of what I pay for. They'll take your money of course but they provide piss poor service and have charged $150 for a shelving unit on our patio. Would not recommend. Merry Christmas Rage!

Beware before you buy a townhome look at
The management and who it is. Rage property management will hang you for the most ridiculous things yet when you call them several times over
And over again needing important information they don’t know. Well Don find out it’s your job when you say you will and then you don’t this is the reviews
You get. Don and the Board will hang you for flowers
A chair or a kids bike placed on your property.
Try to find out about outside drain issues and he don’t know this is either ignorance or he don’t care. Rage management I would say they are bad I can walk and talk and if you happen to bring up a concern about anything in your subdivision they all make the same comment forget it calling Don leaving a message with the Secretary is a waste of time and a phone call . If you look at all the reviews about Rage property mgmt well the answers are all here .

My outside has never been power washed. Porch never painted and have a show window that leaks, not fixed. I have a front door that is not aligned and don’t close properly from the outside. I was told that it’s my responsibility to fix. Landscaping and snow is done great. Disappointed on how other things are not maintained.

Multiple attempts to contact about dead and dying trees and zero response. If I could give zero stars I would. While the bare minimal is done the parking/drive needs completely redone, trees removed due to death, and many little things such as dryer vents need to be replaced.

Illegally towed my vehicle after not following their posted plans. Also years prior decided to turn on a chainsaw outside my bedroom window at 7 in the morning.

Don't even bother with this company. Waste of money. Weeks to get a response, but lord help you if you don't send that payment in every month. Owner at one of the properties this company manages, and the response time is pitiful. Email, voicemails sent. Left messages with whoever answers the phone, but she won't pass on the info. Bulls$!] spreadsheet showing what he supposedly spent the money on, so ask for receipts. I know i will whenever he decides to hold another meeting. Seek property management elsewhere.

They don't deserve any stars! If I knew how horrible they were I wouldn't have moved in. Can never get any kind of answers. The outside of my complex is so gross.

Live in a beautiful condo but the experience has been tainted due to dealing with this association.
