Called Black Diamond after calling other places with no luck in getting answers for some questions on a water heater and softener. After talking with the office coordinator, who was able to answer my questions and whatever she didn’t know she went to find an answer, I felt comfortable knowing they had staff that was willing to go above and beyond. Colton showed up, gave me a quick diagnosis with a plan of action and quote for all the work. He was very patient and understanding if I wanted to call other places for other prices. Decided to go ahead and once the work order was signed, he made calls and got to work on replacing my water heater and softener. He took care of minor issues when dealing with the water and gas piping. He explained all the procedures that he was going to perform with a reason and worked very well with his apprentice. At the end of the day, the softener had a manufacturing defect that required a 2nd trip, he was very apologetic about the situation with much concern about not being able to complete the work in time. Cleaned up the work area and closing all doors as well. Came out the next day and continued to work on the issue until job was satisfactorily completed to standard. 10/10 would recommend Black Diamond to anyone.

Nick was courteous, friendly and professional. He went far above expectations in dealing with our plumbing leak. The area was dry and clean when he finished his work. We highly recommend him (and Black Diamond) for any plumbing needs. We were so impressed we joined the Crystal Club with a commitment for the next 3 years to deal with yearly inspections of the furnace and hot water heater with a full flush each period. As well as an annual air conditioning unit check. Services and equipment are both offered at a club discount for members. Hats off to Nick! Black Diamond....'He's a keeper'! What every employee representing you should aspire to be! He's the benchmark!

Jimmy and Zach came to my home to fix a few small items and do a gas line for my stackable washer and drier. Extremely professional and the quality of work was awesome. I would highly recommend black diamond and these technicians for anything plumbing related! Very reasonably priced too! Awesome job guys!

Black Diamond Plumbing and Mechanical Inc is AWESOME! 1st time I’ve used them and everything went great. Nick was on time and able to troubleshoot the issue in a matter of minutes. He was able to fix the problem and resolve other issues that we were having. We’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Black Diamond is simply outstanding. We used them on several occasions; to replace exterior garden hose valves, to replace the main water valve from the village and surrounding copper pipes, and to install a water softener. The service technicians were amiable, clean, respectful of our home, had intelligent insight, and were reasonably priced. They are our “go to” for all plumbing issues. Excellent 5 star service.

We have used Black Diamond for years, but this last experience with them was particularly awesome. Their prices are fair, their work guaranteed, and their techs are super friendly. Nick Ca. was WONDERFUL and even made my dogs feel at ease while he was in my home. Getting a text from the company with a photo of the tech you should expect was a nice touch. Definitely 5-star service!

Trevor is great! He came out to remove a clog in one of our pipes that was causing a backup into our tub. He fixed the issue quickly and is super personable and friendly! 10/10 would recommend. Scheduling is also very quick and simple and the customer service reps are 👍

I don't normally post reviews but Scott did a great job on fixing my furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional and I appreciated most that he arrived sooner than I expected! Amazing!! Roger was extremely informative and polite. And he was able to resolve the issue very quickly! He even had to come back a second time after our septic was drained. He was able to keep us informed while working told us everything he was doing. I was able to get our kitchen sink, bathroom sink and tub all fixed up. Thank you so so much to Roger!

Nick and David were respectful of me, my property and my situation. They worked well together to achieve a very difficult resolution. I am very happy with the experience and plan to have them back for additional work.

Can't say enough good things. Over the years I've used black diamond for both my property and my rental property I own. Their response time for emergency issues is top notch. Our hot water heater stopped working(10pm) and they had a new one installed the next day.

Both when Kyle and Elvis entered the home, very respectful and friendly. They had their little booties on so that they would not scuff or dirty the floor. They went through in each and every detail as to what needed to be done. I appreciated their honesty, and in describing exactly what it was that they were going to do. I felt very comfortable speaking with them, and they were very good at listening to my needs.

These are the people to call! I won't waste time going anywhere else. Spoke to three of the office staff members, which were all professional, helpful and friendly. Techs (shout out to Carey and Erik) have been on time, every time, had great communication and got the job done quickly. Both were honest, did what they said they would and were pleasant to interact with.

Black Diamond Plumbing. The best! Immediate response - even on a Sunday! Nick arrived promptly and did a thorough and efficient job. Very professional with great customer relation skills. Explained everything and made sure I was happy with the results. Result: a happy satisfied customer. Should the need arise I would not hesitate to call Black Diamond again!

Black Diamond (Carlos) came out to work on kitchen drainage. We’ve had many companies come out in the past, but Carlos was absolutely the best tech we ever had. A true professional. Extremely knowledgeable and very polite and courteous. Highly recommend them

I'm very happy with the quality of service I recieved. Black Diamond was one of 3 companies I contacted about replacing my ejector pump. They were the best priced, were able to take care of it the same day I called, and the plumber answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them. In fact, I had them quote me for another job before he even left!

I was happy with the efficiency & neatness of Colton & the other technician (Jose??).

The most difficult part of the job was getting the old water heater up the 13 stairs from my basement. I would suggest better or larger hand carts & possibly supplying the employees with furniture mover-type shoulder straps. But again, well done guys!!

Overall price was as good or lower than my other estimates. I will recommend Black Diamond to others.
