The UPS Store

I've been doing business with this UPS store for over five years, and now I rent a mailbox here. Mary and every one of the staff work to be courteous and helpful, especially with print projects and when shipping awkward-sized items. I did see Mary working the counter at lunch by herself a few weeks ago, and even then she kept a pleasant demeanor while she served the line. I feel like this store appreciates and supports my small business in ways a mailbox normally doesn't.

They’re always friendly and they go out of their way to help. My package needed to go to the post office not UPS. But they still packaged it for me so it was ready for the post office. Fantastic people…Thank you

Had a great experience shipping a box to my daughter with the help of Josh at the UPS Store. He was quick to help me. In no time my box was labeled and paid for and i was out the door!! No line the day i went in, which was a bonus!!

This is the best UPS store. Friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. It’s not the closest UPS store near me. I choose to go to this one for their quality service. I’ve been here on many occasions and have never had a negative experience.

I called and needed a sign printed last minute and the girls (Bryanna, Mary and Sam) were SO HELPFUL!! I really appreciate the great, fast service! Will definitely use UPS McHenry again! Thank you!!!

I went to this store to utilize the notary services they offer. It was excellent. Every member of the staff is a certified notary so you can go anytime during business hours and someone is there for the service. It was also only $5 per document! Great service, I was in and out in a matter of 5 minutes!

Mary was beyond patient and helpful with navigating a tricky return for Amazon. She was knowledgeable, and all was done with a gentle smile.

I visited this store from out of town. It was very busy but I was amazed at how the staff as a whole systematically and efficiently took care of each of us in a very expedient way. Most notably, was Dana. She is awesome in how she knows every aspect of her job and offered the most friendly, quick service I have ever experienced at a UPS Store. Wish they were all like this store!. Than you Dana!

This is by far my favorite UPS location. Regardless of how busy it is, the staff take the time and energy to be bubbly and personable. Sandie and Heather were extremely charismatic despite it being one of busiest times of the year for this industry. Thank you for all that you do!

I visited UPS Store in McHenry, IL one hour before close on 12/20. Many customers coming and going but they had 3 associates on duty. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Heather was very nice, helpful and efficient. Much appreciated!

I came in with a request for print copies. I had a pdf file, but wanted it double sided and two copies per sheet. Megan was fantastic, was able to make all the edits and add in a new QR code to the copies for me. 2500 sheets and cut in half! She was awesome, went above and beyond for me, as I don’t think this was something they would normally do! Thank you so much!

I shipped over 300 shipments through this branch this year. They are always do a great job! Special shout-out to Josh for always giving me a hand when I show up with my shipments. Can’t recommend this location and staff enough! Truly appreciate you all!

Always quick in and out. Plenty of parking. But its a bit ackward how to get to this place if you are traveling on 31 from the north because of where the entrance is located near the intersection.

I am new to the Mchenry area and I do not regret coming into this store and I walked in hoping to get a few questions answered. Heather was a delight to deal with! She answered all my questions and even cracked a few jokes all while being professional! I won’t go to another UPS location that’s not this one.

I went in on Monday 10/5/21 to have copies made and Sandie (employee) was a pleasure to talk to. She (I feel) went out of her way to help me. Customer Service is a great thing for a company. Mary and her team do a great job! Always look forward to going here to pick up my mail and usually, I’m greeted with a smile. They work hard so I know not to take it personal if they don’t have time to catch up. Great location and I look forward to doing more business with them!
