The store employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, along with friendly and efficient.

I went in on a Sunday shortly before closing and there were 2 girls working. They were super helpful and friendly. I had some questions and was asking their advice and they helped me pick colors and paint that I was very happy with. I’ve been into the store numerous times and I am always happy with the service I get. I notice they are always quick to ask customers if they need help too.

While we are safe at home for a few months, we are getting projects done. Was very happy Sherwin Williams offered curbside pickup. Chris the sales associate was extremely helpful on the phone. He was courteous and worked as fast as he could to get the order ready and correct.

Professional and efficient personnel in the store and they acknowledge you when you come in the store. My last trip to this store on April 21, 2018 was a surprise to say the least. The cleanliness of the store was not there. Price tags on the floor, stock not put away and a general mess. The personnel was top notch even in the unorganized store. I look for the store to improve in the future.

I love the service. I have been going to the McHenry location for years. Not often as it's just for our own home, however always have a great experience there. I do love the quality of the paint as well. I honestly have to say though this year I found the pricing to have jumped up quite a bit. I have a large project coming up and not sure that I'll be able to get the paint here as it just seems that pricing is a lot higher than in the past. I do love the service here and will definitely consider getting it from the McHenry store.

First time in store. Very helpful staff, & went home with a gallon of custom match exterior paint. They applied a sale price & gave me a $10 coupon applied to paint also! I will be going back to store for my paint needs in the future!

Sherwin-Williams is a very good paint store quality paint quality items and quality salesmanship if you have a question about whether about any paints or stains or anything they have to do with painting staining patching they can come up with some excellent advice for you whenever I have questions I always call them up and they always help me out they've always come through for me and I've learned good advice by what they've told me in the past I recommend Sherman Williams and also their store managers are very acknowledgable
