Absolutely FANTASTIC experience. I was overwhelmed when we got there with all of the different choices. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. They calmly explained all of the answers to my many questions. And even when we got home and realized we had inadvertently bought the wrong size, the store easily allowed us to ship it back to them for an exchange. Top quality product, and top quality customer service!

I've had a comforter from them for nearly a decade. Never thought I'd get to their factory store, but i managed to now that we live in new england. Wow, what a selection!! And what great prices!! Amazing accessories & even European slippers & other linens. ALWAYS something interesting, well-made, and/or perfect for that "hard-to-find" gift for the person who has EVERYTHING.

Best pillows on earth. They last 20 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. So many wonderful choices of different downs and synthetics, ticking cloths, sizes and densities. The help makes it a seamless process. Some great bargains in the clearance bin.
