Westside Service - Allegan (Formerly Ken's Tire Service)

Great experience!!! My son got a flat tire and I called Westside Service. Hannah answered the phone and assured me that they could indeed order tires and install them all in the same day. Luckily I had called early enough in the morning to catch their delivery. My son dropped the car off and they removed all 4 tires from their rims and installed and balanced all 4 tires in a very timely manner. We will definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Highly recommended. They are honest, kind, understanding, and actually listened to what I had to say when it came to what was going on with my car. I would say their prices are reasonable!

I used to take my cars here prior to the new ownership and I'm happy to say that I haven't experienced anything negative yet.

We get our tires swapped from winter /summer and oil changes here. Never had any issues. In fact the most recent oil change was quite a bit less than I'm used to which was a great surprise!

Friendly staff, great communication and quality work.

The only thing that I would have liked to have had improved was to clear the service recommendation in the car itself once the oil was changed but I don't expect them to know how to do that on every vehicle and sometimes looking it up can be a real pain too. I'd rather have the lower price and reset it myself :)

We had a great service on getting our tires changed out on our golf cart and our quad . This place was true to their word on service from start to finish a quality job and great prices !

Had new tires and some front end things that needed to be addressed. Staff listened and treated me with respect. After the initial services, there were a few new things that came up. Again, I was treated with respect. I still had an issue after the second appointment and needed a third appointment. As it turned out, there was a manufacture defect in a part installed on my first visit. I am very pleased with how I was treated, and I'm confident in the performance and dependability of my vehicle.

The associate who installed the tires was very caring about not damaging the rims. He waited a small amount of time for a better machine. Sounds like a safety concern for the associates also. You should look into replacing it. Anyway he did a fine job

Westside Auto is my new auto repair shop close to home after many years years of driving 20 miles to the dealer. My first contact was when I needed a lawnmower tire repaired. Westside Auto repaired the lawnmower tire quickly, cheerfully and at reasonable customers. Then a car tire got a nail in it. Again, Westside Auto repaired the car tire quickly, cheerfully and at reasonable cost. Recently I took my vehicle to Westside Auto for service the first time. I've become a regular customer. I'm a happy camper.
