I like the small town feel and the awesome customer service ... the employees there are so helpful and actually try to help you find exactly what you need..

This is my hardware store of choice in Allegan,! The manager went downstairs and got me a pot for my plant in the winter he's amazing

paint department at this store is awesome. Nolan took great care of me and went the extra mile helping make sure the products and colors I used were correct. very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The staff is super helpful. We didn't realize they had a basement, we shopped here a full year thinking it was just a small store...but when we were there last asked for help and the employee showed us the parts we needed downstairs! We probably would have had better luck finding what we needed in the past if we had known, maybe a sign letting people know there is more downstairs? Either way they still get 5 stars because it is a great store with great people!

I've been going to this Ace for more than 30 years, I thought it was just about the best large, small town hardware you could ask for. When Andy purchased the store several years ago I thought that was all over, here comes another "cold" box store. Not so! Andy is GREAT! The selection is really quite extensive, for the most part the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Always my 1st choice. I highly recommend Andy and Andy's Ace Hardware 👌 👍 👏

I've been coming here for twenty years. Some people talk about free advice -- When I had to change the locks on my house, Andy DROVE TO MY HOUSE and helped me do it with his equipment. Of course, that was after twenty years as a loyal customer, but you get the point. Friendly staff. If they don't have it they'll get it for you. You might save a nickel at Home Depot in Plainwell ... but you'll pay ten times that in gasoline.

Ask for Paul! Amazingly smart and helpful. I needed "schooling" on how to use a pop-rivet gun and he was fantastic. Had everything I needed, including remedial educational and a free demo. What a great store!

Great place to get what you need for home & garden, etc. The employees have a "How can I help" attitude with a "Let me show you" effort. They don't just point you in the right direction, but take you & ask questions to ensure you are not only getting what you came for, but what you will need. Love this place & highly recommend it!

Variety of garden plants was great! Got 3 of the hottest pepper plants in the world. 😁 Staff was great and friendly for the little bit of interaction I had.
