I have lived in their home for 5 years and they have fixed every issue I ever had. I feel like the rent is fairly priced but they do expect you to pay it.

Slumlords. Awful management with horrible communication. Ceiling constantly leaked, bad parking situation, overpriced. Landlord would change rules suddenly, and leave constant notes verging on harassment for tenants. Property owner Rachel specifically was hard to deal with and not helpful or professional at all. Lived there for a year and couldn’t get out soon enough! Would not recommend to anyone!

Slumlord property. Landlord is a complete tyrant. Totally unprofessional. Don't get to see the property before you rent. Don't get to read the lease before you sign. Charges all kinds of extra fees and blames you for things that you don't do and have nothing to do with. Example: claims I had a dog defecate by a pine tree and I didn't clean it up. I don't own a dog. I don't babysit dogs. I don't allow friends and family to bring dogs over. And I was camping the week she claims this happened. I started looking for a new place to live the 2nd month after I moved in.

Over charges for apartments that aren't worth it doesnt like kids !!! And I asked for maintenance to fix something and she says I changed my door knob when I didn't and she tried to come in when I was sleeping instead of letting me know what time would work ... but Definitely don't recommend anyone with kids to live there!!!

Hate this place. Landlord is a slum lord and don't care about people amd their families. Wish she would get fired from her "job" as a landlord.

Rude,swift,immediately demanding.
Lack of heart, no sence of understanding. All about money.
90% direct selfishness, 10% humane understanding.

A horrible business...they definitely treat people with the highest disrespect! The properties are extremely slummy.

I wouldn’t recommend Rachel is the worst person to deal with very rude and simply don’t care about anyone
