I hope Katherine Henry wins big on her lawsuit against this county. Don’t violate citizens rights by maliciously prosecuting them.

This court is a joke! The court orders are "unenforceable" per Allegan county Sherriff, Ottawa County Sherriff, Kalamazoo County Sherriff, and even Michigan State Police. What good is a Divorce Decree that gives me sole custody of my children that doesn't allow me to get help getting my kids back from my ex after she refuses to return them to me? When is it considered parental kiddnapping? Almost a year now and I can't even get this before a judge to get a rulling on if she is in contempt. The only ones that seem to get anything is the court, and the Attorney. EEven attorneys in Ottowa county tell me Allegan County Courts are a "wild card" on each case that they have dealt with. Recommend avoidind Allegan completely.

Very very pathetic courthouse. They wait last minute to do everything. Lazy people. No one knows what is going on and horrible service. Horrible judge that goes on their own time and doesn’t care about the public.
