Jamie in legal assistance department was a saint. She helped me fill out all of my paperwork, explained the process and guided me to getting a court date. I couldn’t have done it without her help. Thank you.

Judge: Phenomenal. Kind, attentive, caring, and fair. Clerical staff: Fabulous. Knowledgeable and helpful. Attorneys: A lot of disheveled elderly gentlemen who have no idea what's going on. 😳

Reeks of corruption.

If O stars was available I'd give zero! Just watched a video about a constitutional lawyer being arrested on public property for "trespassing" because one of the county workers didn't like what she was doing. So police arrived and the woman had the laws in her possession to show the deputies what she was doing wasn't a crime, and they arrested her anyway. All because the government worker said she wanted the woman trespassed. Garbage county government!

My girlfriend got a subpoena to testify against a guy in court. They gave her the paperwork on MONDAY, and she was ordered to appear on WEDNESDAY. They only gave her a 2 days notice. And on top of that, they only gave her $9.80 for her time and gas. Keep in mind it was 38 miles round trip. That's 10 cents a mile. That's not fair at all. No wonder no one ever wants to help the police.
By far the first court system I've ever had to deal with.

The court systems doesn't work because they really don't care what is best for the children.

When the Allegan County Court says you don't deserve to be protected from the people that:
A. Have been stalking you for 2 years consistently
B. Have been photographed and videotaped multiple times during their stalking behaviors
C. 2 days ago decided since rules don't apply to them, ENTERED MY PROPERTY to have inappropriate contact with MY CHILDREN.
D. Have about 30 firearms in their home
E. Have threatened to bury their "problems" (i.e. me) in the Allegan Forest where they hunt.
F. Have actually TAKEN MY CHILD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE because they knew I would NOT consent to them having contact with my kids.

How is this county going to say they look out for anyone except the higher ups or good Ole boys or the folks that have connections?
The truth is they CANNOT. They DO NOT.
I gave them all the videos, photos, EVERYTHING OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS.
They courts are corrupt, the people that NEED THEM are brushed aside and they do not care what happens to them because well, it's not their problem. Cool.
On a side note, as I was on the phone with the police to see if there are any other options to protect myself and family considering nobody else will, these people are outside my home ONCE AGAIN!
When will it be enough? When will stalking be taken seriously?

A corrupt court that only protects their own first class citizens. The constitution doesn't apply here.

Unwilling to provide a face mask, but mandatory in the facility.....makes no sense. Yes, face masks can be included in your budget!
