I've been having the worst time dealing with Christy in this office. She doesn't listen, she's incredibly rude and for some reason they keep letting her answer the phone. Been working on my felony expungement for 3 months now and everytime the process takes me back to this office I shut down. Christy's lack of willingness to be helpful in anyway is excrutiating, and I know it's just her not doing her job, because the receptionist who answers the phone for the courthouse did what I was asking, i.e. Christy's job, without hesitation or problem. If I could, I would pay money to go about this process without this awful woman involved.
