I’ve had good experiences every time I’ve been in there. Friendly staff. Andreas is very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with.

Front desk staff always greet with a smile and remembers your name, Bud tenders are very knowledgeable on flower extremely friendly and up beat along with them being about 98% dead on, when they say you will enjoy! You will enjoy.

After having tried every possible thc/cbd cream available in our state of Michigan, I must compliment the Dr. Bob’s 5/1 cream. My husband has severe arthritis and he said it works better than his prescription. My son has eczema since childhood and is opposed to pharmaceuticals. He too, said it has helped him immensely. My personal experience has also been amazing. I break out in hives from stress at times. It stopped the itching and in two days disappeared. I am in love with this stuff. Can’t wait to try the other Dr. Bob’s products. Highly recommend

We loved how welcoming and warmly-lit the space was, and how clearly the products were displayed. Andreas was super friendly and helpful - he greeted us by name and made us feel right at home. He let us look around and ask questions without trying to steer us toward or away certain things. We went back the next day, we liked it so much! Definitely check this place out!

Neighborhood Provisions in Alpena MI is the best dispensary I’ve been to! I’ve been to many & this dispensary has amazing bud tenders who are so kind & helpful. The prices & deals are the best I have came by yet & the set up inside is absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend anyone trying it out. I promise you will find a new favorite dispensary in Neighborhood Provisions. I know I did.

You can order online and pick up or come into the store to purchase. You will have your own assigned helper that will help you navigate and find exactly what you’re looking for. The gal that greet people as you walk in. It’s very kind, helpful, and very respectful. Have a very wide variety of selection everything you can you look for you will find here. I only shop recreational, but there are many options and many varieties.

Visiting out of state for a bit, and it was our first time here. I have never been to a dispensary that every word out of my mouth was about how much I loved something.
It was so welcoming from the street, and we had the lovey Rae at the desk. Rae welcomed us and had a brief chat with us about the atmosphere and how much I loved it.
Our budtender was Travis, and he was exceptionally welcoming! He looked something up for me as verification and I appreciated it. Such wonderful customer service from the second I walked in.
I felt so welcome being here. Everything absolutely passes the “grandma test”.
Hector also assisted us a bit, and it was fantastic all around.
I won a hat on the wheel! So many things in our short 10 minutes there, but it was a beautiful first time here.
I can’t wait to visit again, keep cultivating a green team!

Absolutely always a wonderful experience. Everyone who has every helped me here has been extremely knowledgeable and patient. I never am never made to feel awkward or judged. The prices as well as the sales are fantastic, the quality is great, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

Went in for my birthday and was given a very inviting and exciting experience. Kevin, the man who helped us was amazing and friendly. Great prices and even learned something in the process. High-ly recommend them.
