Great service awesome ice-cream and the brownie with the peanut butter frosting was out of this world. Prices are fair for fresh food business.

One of my favorite spots in Alpena! Great boutique grocery store selling meat from locally-raised animals, baked goods, and condiments from Michigan producers. So far I've tried several varieties of their brats, plus some Italian sausage and chorizo. It was all amazing! If you care about buying locally-produced food and supporting businesses in your community, this is where you want to shop!

I love everything about this place! The people who work there are awesome and everything I buy there is top notch!

What a nice place to visit! We enjoyed some donuts from here. Didn't purchase any but there were a lot of meat choices. Really enjoyed talking with the family that owns this place. Check it out if you're in the area!

Good selection of meat with good amount of other than your regular beef and chicken. I believe the meats are all or mostly of local origin.

Great selection of frozen meats. But the best part is Thunder BAYkery and all of the goodies they have!

Fantastic, healthy option for meat in Alpena! Grass fed beef, flash frozen. And super tasty! It seems sparse when you walk in because everything is in freezers but there's a treasure trove in there! Beef, chicken, pork, lamb, seafood. Brats - tons of flavors. Scott is nice, professional and full of information if you stop to talk to him. Great place!

Great food, good soup (we've only tried the chili and ham and bean), and good prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Food is farm to freezer, super fresh and grown in Buckley I believe.

I love this store and the staff is very helpful! I try to stop in every couple of weeks for specialty items that I can't find at the big box stores and the prices are very fair.

Didn't know what this store was just being curious stopped in one day. This store has everything food wise. Been looking for a product for months real pig lard. Need it to make true athenic Mexican refried beans. They had it not even a meat butcher had it so wasn't expecting to find it there but did.
