McDonald's

They filled my big fat belly with all the Big Macs then I went to the back of the kitchen and personally thanked the manager grumbus for cooking the burgers would highly recommend

Just went through the drive-thru. And then literally gave me the hottest freshest fries i've ever had perfectly salted and everything.

Best McDonald's in town. Super nice service, never had a wrong order from them. Even during rushes at mid day they maintain the store and the pace extremely well. If they ripped that useless self service kiosk out of the lobby then it would be the perfect McDonald's. You don't need a robot when the people are as good at their jobs as this group tends to be.

The staff was super friendly and really nice. We ordered 20 cheeseburgers and it was later at night so we thought it'd be an issue but they had our order out so quick. We were maybe there a total of 10 minutes and didn't have any issues. Of course, we'll definitely we back!!

I cruise the drive through a few times/week for a Coke without ice. The very pleasant young man who accepted my payment this afternoon thanked me for being kind! I found out that he’s only 16 so has many, many years ahead of him in the workforce. Kudos to him and his parents for the polite, hard-working person he already is!

No ‘City Issues’ up here. Wonderful service, fresh fries.

The oat meal is very good.

This is one of the best McDonald's I've went to. The staff were very accommodating, because I wanted freshly baked cookies since if they are not baked right then and there, and they cool off completely, they are hard as a rock. And that's just how it is at McDonald's. That's how it is for their cookies. They are so good, but once they have completely cooled off they are hard. The crispy chicken sandwich was way better than I am used to. I was in town going to a doctor appointment so I am usually getting food from grayling. The feeling I got from the quality of the food, was that same feeling you get when you get out of a relationship, and you get into another one and you only then realize that the relationship you had before, was a bad one. Amazing how things can be so different and a franchise food place, when everything should be exactly the same from store to store. It probably is not an employee's fault for the grayling store. The temperature could be a little bit off from a miscalibrated sensor.

Tuesday, November 17th, the dinner staff did amazing for being wrapped around the building. From order taker to picking up my food it was a really good experience. Plus hot fries are always a plus!

I don't understand how all these other reviews are negative. This is the first time I've ever given mcd's a 5 star review, and probably the last. Nuggets were fresh. Hotcakes were awesome. Filet o fish was hot and crispy. In and out of the drive through in about 5 minutes and they had a decent line. Why do i have to travel 250 miles to get some fresh fries?

The McDonald's in Alpena was a nice experience. Their staff was very friendly, they were open somewhat late, food was fast and very fresh, and.....they are substantially cheaper than all other McDonald's I've visited recently. Their combo meals are still cheaper than the sandwiches alone in Cadillac and Lake City!

I'm happy to go there again on my visits in Alpena.

Everyone was polite and food was hot. Would have like more special sauce on my big mac. But I think that's a mgt thing not a ppl thing. Staff was excellent!

Amazing customer service, super quick, order was great. I love going there, they are my favorite McDonald's in the area.

I like salads. I hate to pay five bucks for salad though. McDonald's has got a great grilled chicken salad that is worth some money if you're hungry for a salad. And when I'm out traveling I like to have a good salad once in awhile.

My fishing buddies were hungry at 10pm and what else is open that time of night? Food was hot and fresh - a welcome change from the McDonald's we avoid in Virginia!

This is the only mcdonald's in alpena that's good!! The one buy the mall is the worst!! They mess up my order EVERY time I go there!!
