There every week at least once and the workers are beyond friendly and even more helpful

I Stopped in to get some solar panels I ended up getting the thunderbolt 100watt solar kit and after using it for a while I love it it keeps our 2 12v batteries charged so we can run our furnace all night in our camper.

Great selection and high-quality lower-cost tools. Definitely worth checking before a trip to the big box places in town. Popped in last week for a tape measure and gloves and ended up with some great purchases. A real asset for Alpena.

When shopping for certain items you really can't beat it, for power tools I'll stick with a different locally owned business.

First time at this Harbor Freight. Love the prices and variety of tools. Found what we needed easily. Staff did ask if they could help. Friendly and knowledgeable. About a 45 minute trip for us, but worth it.

Very friendly staff. Clean store with well stocked shelves. Had everything I was looking for and even picked up a few things I wasn't looking for.

Exactly what you would expect. Went here to buy Harbor Freight tools, was mostly successful in finding what I wanted, and will return later for what they were out of stock of. Staff was kind and helpful in locating items and looking in the back for things not on the shelf. When I need Harbor Freight tools again I will be returning to this store.

Management makes me feel comfortable spending money. Side note wide hates the Management bc he is so good at making me spend money lol 😆 great store, great shopping experience

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable! Overall store layout is easy to go about and if you have a hard time finding something, someone will happily assist you. They also try to get you the best deals possible and have better prices/ equipment than other competitors.

Awesome store to shop at. I bought a portable carport yesterday and the nice and awesome man that I spoke to was just amazing! Shout out to Joe! He was very polite, friendly, and VERY helpful! I definitely recommend this store! And him for a raise!

We were helped by an employee named Rex (I think). He was very helpful and knew the store and products well. He showed us how to go online for Harbor freight coupons and what the product warranty covers. We bought some items and will be back on Black Friday for the big ticket items and for the first time we will be buying a product warranty.

Awesome, staff was very helpful. You have great people and the alpena store. The manager and kathlyn Answered all my questions.
But I do have a few suggestion. Like, you sell heaters but you should sell air-conditioners? Also you have sets of screw drives, sets of pliers but you don't have sets of rachets.1/2,3/8,1/4. Or even 1"or 3/4 sets
