Culligan Water Conditioning of Allegan

My technician, Brian, was very professional with everything. Thorough on how the system works. He double checked his work after installment and made sure everything was in working order. The water itself feels amazing. The drinking system makes the water taste wonderful. I highly recommend anyone who would like an upgrade with their water to join the Culligan family!

We have had our water softener for about five years now and absolutely love it. It really makes a big difference in my laundry, my skin and lime spots in my sinks. But most important is that if you have a problem there here to fix it as soon as they can. And you really cut cost on laundry soap , dish soap, shampoo ect. and another big deal to us is how little it cost a month. A great investment over all.

We ended our our previous water delivery service with a different company and recently got started with Culligan. It has been an amazing experience from the start. From the person who answered the phones and got us scheduled for delivery to the folks that brought our system and got us set up. Currently have a peerless system. Leaking and caused water damage and still leaking; filed insurance claim. Peerless said tech would call in 3 biz days to get it scheduled. Very disappointing. I called this location and within 3hrs they had a tech out to look at it. I asked to also send a sales person. This is all on a Friday. By the next Monday they will be taking out my peerless leaking unit and installing a new Culligan unit. Quick response and great customer service. Zach did not try to push units I did not need. I too am a small franchise business owner. Really appreciate the integrity and values they demonstrated and that quick customer service even to a unit that was not theirs and a quick install date to mitigate more damage from from that continuous leaking peerless system. Our water softener is located in our basement. We appreciate your delivery service carrying the bags down the steps filling our water softener and leaving only what's needed.Excellent service. Also the reminder text is very helpful.

Very responsive and excellent service. Collin (service tech) was great and installed a new water softener quickly. He explained system controls, ensured system was running properly and left work area clean and tidy.
After several days of using water, the quality is outstanding and far superior to our previous water softener.

We have been Culligan customers for about 40 years. Their products are dependable. If there is ever a problem with your rental
unit, they come to your house to repair it, in
a timely manner. Salt delivery and filling your softener is a definite plus. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Culligan.

Excellent customer service! Our water is so hard and contained so much rust! Now our water gets sudsy, our clothes stay whiter, and our showers and sinks don’t get those hard to remove rust stains! Very pleased with our Culligan water softener and the service we received.

Kyle Macumber and the team of technicians at the Allegan Michigan Culligan store did an exceptional job, from the sales end of our softener an RO unit right through the installation. I would highly recommend them!

They were very easy to work with. They made sure all the necessary information was included in my order which made drop off run smoothly. They make sure to adequately communicate the delivery schedule and if any changes are made.

For years and 2 other systems. We were sold big expensive iron clearing systems, along with the "normal" unit.

The last one died. Called Culligan. They came out and did a water test. Told us we DID NOT need the added on equipment.
Said their unit would do the job. Said if it showed iron issue's. They would come out adjust and fix the problem.

These guys were HONEST, and DIDN'T sell us something we did not need!

I want to express how wonderful it has been working with Phuong Doerr, General Manager of Culligan of Allegan and her team. Accidents happen to everyone at one time or another, but when there was a little mishap with a salt delivery truck one day, the employee called me right away to let me know that he had reported it to his manager and they were going to pay for any repairs necessary to take care of the problem. I worked with Phuong Doerr, General Manager, and she was very pleasant and offered to have someone come fix the problem or I could choose someone myself. All was taken care of quickly, smoothly and stress free!! Thank You for everything!!

We have Culligan Water service at our laundromat in Douglas - It's always cold & refreshing - Staff & customers use the water cooler a lot.

We can finally drink our tap water! And the rust and smell is mostly gone, it did not seem that would ever be possible. The people that have come to our house have all been very friendly, helpful, and professional.
