I love Alpena Agency. We utilize them for our services for our home, cars, camper, and a few other items. Nothing short but easy to work with, and they do very quick work on your behalf.

Lynnette has always worked with me and has been the best agent I can find. She sent me a notice that my insurance policy was going to double and found a company that would insure me for the same rate. She does this every year for me and thats why i choose Alpena agency and Lynnette for all of my insurance needs

Call Them Today - Just Do It! We've been with Alpena Agency for many years, they've covered our family's cars, boat, business, home, liability and more. I was first introduced to them by a business owner in Ferndale, MI. He couldn't say enough good things. When I started working for the business I took over managing the account. Then, the service from Melanie was so good I asked her to quote our cars and home. Eventually, we gave all our business to them. We live in the Ann Arbor area, and I've never met Melanie or stepped foot inside their building in Alpena - and yet they've offered better service then every other local firm we've ever used. At the time we switched, they also offered a lower rate than we had been paying. I don't know if the rate is still lower and I don't care, the amazing service we get makes it hard to justify going anywhere else. Call them, give them your business, and then just relax and never worry about insurance again.

I had a bad experience with Allstate and coverage ,so I called Alpena Agency and got Demelza Johnson, a very friendly and caring agent. She talked to my husband and I explained all the insurance and got us more coverage at a better rate. A very professional company made us feel like they really cared and willing to help us.
