McDonald's

It's always nice when you go to a McD for forst time and you get a good one. The employees work as a well oiled machine or a well coached team, either way, you gota winner. Giid food and good service make for a great experience. Thank you McD.

Staff is always polite, asks how are you or how is your day. Most staff smiling and happy. Food is always hot.

Thanks to the lady today who made sure my kids drink was right. I appreciate the extra effort

I love me some sausage cheese mcmuffins with a side of Mac sauce for dipping and of course hashbrowns to go with it in the morning! Along with a Large Frappe with a little extra drizzle of Carmel!
-But sometimes they do forget to put that extra drizzle on and lately their Codes in the App haven't been working thru the drive-thru nor in restaurant.
The employees are usually really nice and are clean. Never have problems if they mess anything up.

So happy I have the entire collection!!! Happy 50th, DisneyWorld! Thanks McDonald's!!!

Margie is a delight, and the food is good, and edible, at this one if u ask for Xtra pickle n onion. Usually correct but I was disappointed a young man rang me up for 2 BigMacs 2 Drinks when I asked for meals
"Yes. I want 2 number ones..The big macs? (Question as in, u know what I mean, following? K.) Put extra sauce on both and give us a sprite and a diet coke.

I worked fast food, I know that's the least food for the price, I wanted fries. I'm hungry and so very very broke.

I am not a frequent McDonald's customer but after a long day fishing my boys were hungry so we stopped in. Ordering from the touch screen made customizing our orders super easy and the staff was able to focus on making delicious food that my pickiest eater said 'tasted like Chik Fil-A'. (that's a huge compliment.)

Everytime I eat here I always have my food out fast. Made fresh and my fries are always hot. The staff and employees are always nice and caring. Very clean no problems ever when I go there. Very great experiences.

Food is made fresh and they are always willing to make your food how you like it.

Owners did a great job of putting together the right ingredients, team and efforts...Very good food, service and overall appearance was warm and inviting.

Our local McDonald's here in Alpena Michigan has gotten way better. They used to be absolutely terrible to me when I would go there, but now there's new staff and they seem to be in a better mood and like their jobs. The hot chocolate is not hot enough at all, that's the only complaint I have. They get everyone through fast and smooth. Great job guys!!

Generally, I'm not a MCD fan. But I was on foot and hungry (school bus driver on a field trip). This place was small, run by adults who cared and it was clean. The food was hot. I think 3 different employees said hello to me. It was a good place to eat.

I love this McDonald's because the staff is so friendly and I my orders are always right and super frssh!!

If this is the recent McDonald's experience. I am not impressed. Waited for "fries" just to get cold gross fries anyways and was in a hurry. Thanks!

This is the best McDonald's in northern Michigan. Fast and fresh service along with very great customer service. Ann in particular is an awesome worker. She makes it feel like a dine in restaurant. 5 stars all around. Keep up the good work in feeding Alpena.

Friendly employees, food was out quick and it all seemed pretty freshly made, not like it was sitting in heaters for awhile, so nothing bad to say

Just gotta say again that I really love Alpena McDonald. They are quick, friendly and accurate. Crew members always speak to me and not just for ordering. Mgmt should be proud of their crew!

They are great. Always make sure I have what I ordered. Thank you McDonalds & if they mess up your order & you call them theres no attitude about it or anything. They're super nice!! Great place to get fast food!!

Their service is unparalleled to the service offered at Burger King. This McDonald's will bring your food to your table with speed and a friendly demeanor. Where as their competition will make you wait 10 minutes (when they have only you as a customer) for one sandwhich that is cold from sitting. I'll always recommend McDonald's in Gaylord MI over any other fast food restaurant.
