Great place. Employees were super friendly and gave me a great deal on a bundle of retro games I've been searching for. Definitely a repeat visit kinda store. Fun to go in even if you don't buy anything and just talk about vintage stuff while you are there.

My family and I went here today and my son was super excited about their “vintage” game selection. I say vintage in quotations because I refuse to think of my childhood memories being vintage. 🤣 the two guys working were so nice and helpful. Everything had great prices. Only thing I wish is that we had this store closer to our home. Next time we are in alpena we will be back. This store is an absolute treasure.

This store features unique and fairly priced trinkets and baubles for the nerdy sort in a plethora of variety, and they're all to your disposal. This, along with Gaige's insightful lore and descriptions of his products, makes choosing any particular item from the shelves easy. I don't even need to go in with a plan to pick something up, and I'll still leave with something fantastic all the same. Great products, great service, all the time!

Wonderful store they have all kinds
of games at a reasonable price also they can order you games that is not in the store. Guage will go out of his way to help you out and explain any questions that you may have about the games. They have all kinds of video characters , cards and
keychanges. Go check it out. Also they will buy games and consoles that you no longer play.

I love this place. The new location is clean and well stocked with games from current as well as vintage consoles. They also sell accessories like controllers and memory cards. Part retail shop, part museum curated by friendly and helpful staff.

Good selection of new and used games. My only complaint is Ben stine has more personality than the owner, who acts like you're wasting his time. Update since the store has sold the new owner is awesome!!!!

This was another typical trip to k-otic. The customer service has awesome as always and the deals on movie was outstanding. I bought a dozen movies because the deal was too good. I will be making yet another trip in the near future and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in new and used games.

Love this place. The owner is super nice too and willing to help you with anything you may need. They have an awesome selection of classic games for all your classic systems! I would recommend this store to anybody and everybody.

My kids & I have been in K-otic Games lots of times and we almost always find what we are looking for. If they don’t have it in, the person working knows where we can find it. Always have been friendly. They have a lot of games, game consoles, parts and accessories for consoles, and a lot of really cool posters.
