There are not enough stars in the university to rate the kindness and professionalism that I received from Husband Family Funeral Home.

I was completely clueless about how to handle my brother’s death and the entire staff at Husband Family Funeral Home in Westland Mi was beyond excellent, and that is definitely an understatement.

My primary contact was Kimberly, who treated me professionally and made me feel that my questions and concerns, even financial ones, were valid. She worked with me on a one-on-one basis, ensuring that I received the best possible service despite my financial limitations.

Although I had to opt for cremation due to financial constraints, Husband Family Funeral Home did not make me feel that this was a cheap option. Instead, they provided top-notch service as if I were purchasing an expensive funeral plan. Compared to other funeral homes I contacted, Husband’s exceptional treatment set them apart from the competition. I cannot express enough my gratitude for their compassionate care during this difficult time.

Kimberly exceeded her responsibilities to ensure my complete understanding and satisfaction with the cremation process. Even after my brother’s cremation and payment, Kimberly continued to address my concerns diligently.

Dealing with the death of someone very close is always difficult, but the husband family funeral home is so compassionate and kind. They even took the time to prepare my mother. So we could view her one last time before cremation. Everything was handled so professionally and so quickly , and yet still with compassion and the care as if they were taking care of their own family member. Dealing with final arrangements of someone's life while trying to deal with the loss of their life is difficult. Thank you for taking such good care of our mom while she transitioned.

Husband Family Funeral Hime did a wonderful job from the first phone call. They were very helpful in every aspect of the service especially since we were coming from out of town. They made sure everyone was welcomed and worked in orderly fashion.

I like to thank, Kimberly,Varela, it Husband family funeral home,her and her,staff are the best people to work when it comes to find service for your love ones,who pass away, when I called Kimberly, for the first time to see if she would take our friend,to her funeral home, she says to me definitely, I can help you, the next day we went and meet with her at the funeral home,we talk and she explains everything to us and how everything works, she said to me I may able to fly the human remains, to Mexico in 2 1/2 to 3 weeks,it is a lot of work in preparing documents, before I can talk to the airline, last week she call me to tell me what everything was ready to get Patricia, flying on Wednesday the 28th. She will be arriving to her destination at 1:30 thanks God, and thanks Kimberly,she made it to Mexico today, I know we never think about need places like funeral’s,but if you ever needed I really recommend this place, thank-you Kimberly, for everything you did to make this happen, and for bringing Patricia, back to her love one’s, your service are very appreciate… keep what you doing you are the best.

There are not enough words in the English language that says AMAZING!!!! My mom was transitioning so my family and I made prearrangement with Husband’s. The staff was awesome and showed the most respect during this time. Three days later my mom passed. Roger and his staff treated us like family members. My mom was 89 years old and she looked amazing. It was a difficult time for us but the staff comforted us and make sure all our needs were met. Roger stayed at the burial with us and offered a prayer. I don’t know if most funeral homes offer or do these type things. But one thing for certain is that you feel that your deceased love one is cared for in the highest respect at Husband. A million thank you would not be enough for Roger Husband and staff. Keep doing amazing work and providing top-notch customer service and compassion to the families that are grieving. I am so fortunate to have met Roger and his staff despite the occasion.

Husband funeral home was the one that we trusted to prepare our mom. When I say Mr. Husband and his staff was EXCELLENT and very Professional. They did an extraordinary great job on our mom and treated us like family. There’s nothing like feeling comfortable at a time of preparing a funeral but they make it easy.
