Everyone is so helpful! Our sink was leaking so we had to replace the drain, Lori (I think her name was) was an incredible help- we had no idea what we were doing. The blonde girl at the register was also super kind. Turns out diy home repair is easy with a little help :)

They had what I needed after going to 3 other places, No one had any Hex Screws, they had all plus other items. This is my last result hardware store. Thanks again for having what I needed. Yes will be Back. 🔑🔓⚒🛠🗑🔩⚙🔧⛓🪠🪣🧻🧯. If you get a chance check them out. 🤗

I've been shopping at this store since I was a child with my dad. It was then as is still now a very pleasant, helpful, & friendly hardware & more store I've ever been in.

If you need it, they usually have it! You'll always find something awesome you never knew ya needed.

I felt like I was at an old-fashioned mom & pop hardware store. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Left with exactly what I needed.

They had a great selection of outdoor ferns at good prices. (An unplanned purchase.) 🙂 They usually have a nice selection of (no matter the season) seasonal items. From the actual "need" to "gotta have it!"

The salesmen are, and always have been, so very knowledgeable and helpful. Makes home projects much smoother!!

It's a great multi-generational hardware store, that my Grandpa used to send me to just about forty years ago. Such a staple in the neighborhood.

Thay have alot more in stock then ur normal hardware store. All kind of things there that no one else has not even home depot or Lowes for certain items

Love this hardware store. It seems like no matter what your looking for, you can find it at Northside. I have been around this store for about 60 years. I can remember going to this store with my dad when he was looking for a specific bolt or a odd shaped screw. That's why they have been around for so long. If you are in need of something out of the norm, check at Northside True Value Hardware, chances are you'll find it there. You might say it's the heart of Wayne's business district.

I just went in for a couple keys to be made they got the job done real quickly I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

Kind of given up on big box stores Northside usually has what I need and in the quality I want.

Best small business in this city! Has a huge variety for such a small looking store! The workers are excellent and helpful! They go above and beyond making this a good place for the community! Plus they're not judgmenta!l Tend to understand that people have a great day with someone that's smiling to say hello to or good bye to everytime they're I their store.

I love hardware stores more than like clothing stores.

This is a REAL hardware store. Sure you can go to Home Depot or Lowes. Good luck getting professional help there. When you get fed up with not being able to get the parts or help you need come to this True Value. Are some things a little more expensive, yes. But it's worth it when I can actually get the parts (or help) im looking for. I wish it were a little closer to my house but when I'm fed up with not finding what I need at the (home improvement) stores I bite the bullet and make the drive here and get what I need.

A little more expensive than the big stores but normally has everything I need in one trip with way better customer service than the big stores

I was greeted when I came in and was asked if I needed help twice.

This has been and will always be one of my go to locations for older hard to find items for our home as it is 70 years old itself. The staff is amazing especially the older gentleman that work here who are the gems of this location!

This place is a long standing tradition in the community for which is serves. It's been said that if your looking for it they have it. If they don't have it then you really didn't need it. This is a very true statement. They have everything! The big box stores have nothing on the inventory this place has. Hard to find or get specialized hardware, plumbing and HVAC needs. They have you covered, and the people who are employed here are all knowledgeable. They always have someone who knows the answers to questions you may have. They also show huge support to the veterans. This means alot to me and my family. It's great to see such an older establishment not only survive but thrive in these tougher times. It's important that the community continues to patronize this and other local businesses.
