CVS Pharmacy

I was nervous after seeing the bad reviews but I had a great experience here. Had an urgent same-day prescription, realized they were closing in 10 minutes for lunch. Despite being short staffed they were quick, courteous, and helped get my insurance sorted without making me feel rushed.

I know a lot of the recent reviews are pretty bad, but they might have improved recently. We booked two bivalent vaccines online and were seen withing 5 minutes of showing up. The staff were friendly and were able to juggle the line and our vaccines pretty well, no one seemed to be waiting an overly long time.

I get refills every month and always receive text communication up front. Typically a couple weeks before I run our of the meds I have already. Always friendly, even with the waiting lines. I think they are doing the best they can with the volume of business they are handling. I will continue to head to this pharmacy for convenience.

So people don't seem to understand a few things about how a pharmacy works, let me help.

This is a pharmacy, not fast food. Yes, you will have to wait in line. I understand that they are short staffed almost all the time, but waits are not that bad if you understand how a pharmacy works.

There is no guest services here, or employees that follow you or whatever. This is the CVS INSIDE TARGET.

Waits on the phone will happen anywhere else that you call for medical needs, just because this is inside a store, doesn't change that.

I have picked up my prescription from this location many times. Good service, and they always put forth effort to be courteous and respectful. I would disregard the other reviews of this location, they do not accurately reflect the normal experience a person would have here. I do not work for CVS, just reading the reviews i felt that someone needed to give these guys the credit they deserve.

I had a visit to the minute clinic. By the time I walked to the pharmacy my prescription was ready.

Efficient. Excellent service.

They may be understaffed but whenever I go in I usually only have to wait around 15 minutes for my prescriptions. I go here quite often almost every two weeks. Only one time I had some issues with my medication wait time but that’s when I just browse around Target instead of sitting and waiting. If you have an issue with waiting for your prescriptions to be filled, call it in ahead of time!

In late 2021 this place was a disaster…but is now much improved, although not perfect. Waits can be a bit long at times.

This is not a standalone CVS. It had everything you'd need from a target Pharmacy but not what you'd like to get from a CVS pharmacy.

i went on 4th of july to pick up prescription. They were closed. put up the holiday hours as when u call people dont always answer. now i have to come back tomorrow

I really want to give them a pass cause of understaffing, but the staff here clearly don’t care at all. You’d think any housekeeping or operational tasks should be done before/after they open the door to serve. Nope! Staffs sorting the shelves, manning everything else EXCEPT serving customers. First 10 minutes of opening, they served 0 patient!

Super understaffed, ridiculously long wait times... but most of the staff is nice. I try to be understanding of the fact that they have to deal with angry sick people all day, but these wait times are crazy. Please work on staffing.

I would avoid this pharmacy. Very unfriendly. Awful customer service. Lots of attitude. I was the only customer there, yet I felt like I was being punished for showing up.

They are never in stock for the medication we need and when asked for help to find another location they refused even though they had done it for months in the past. They are very rude and will NEVER be going back here
