The Greater Ron made sure we were helped after he saw us waiting for a banker. He brought it to the attention of a woman who found Liban Jama. Very friendly and professional young man. He notarized a paper for me, then took me to the counter to get a money order. There I was greeted by a very nice young man. I think his name is Leon. Overall, everyone here was very helpful. It was clean inside and in the parking lot. Found them on Google and don't live in the area, but I would use them again if I was in the area and needed a bank. Thank you.

I really appreciate my local bankers at this Wells Fargo! Additionally, I have had pleasant and easy transactions at a number of other WF Banks in the area and other states. The service I have received at the Uptown Lakes branch is really outstanding. I had complicated issues with my mom's banking as she was losing her judgment due to onset of Alzheimer's and they were incredibly helpful with some fraudulent and predatory activity happening with her account. I also have a safe deposit box, a mortgage, and have exchanged for foreign currency at this location.

One of the best branches in the Twin Cities. They are efficient and they respect my time, which I greatly appreciate. Whenever I've needed to speak with a banker they do their best to get me exactly what I need in a short amount of time. All of our conversations have been very pleasant and nice, but brief. Again, they respect the fact that I'm not there for a cup of coffee and a conversation, and that means a lot to me.

All the staff here are patient, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. Even though they seemed to have minimal staff, they were very efficient at assisting everyone.

This is the absolute best Wells Fargo. Drive by 2 closer one's to come here. Bankers knowledgeable and friendly. Teller line runs like a machine

Busy but efficient, there's usually a line but they manage it well. Giving a poor review based solely on the fact that they're busy is ridiculous. They're busy because the location on E Lake and 1st St is gone, and they're the nearest branch. The tellers are friendly and remember me, what more can you ask for?
