Let me preface my review with one word "FASTIDIOUS". Not only am I extremely picky, but as it turns out, this company is just as picky as I. New Carpet and Floors put down a vinyl weathered wood grayish planking throughout. Of course it's beautiful, but it's equally durable. As I worked with Sam I discovered he is also a general contractor. This came in handy. The big box store wasn't going to finish my counters until the end of January at the earliest. With Thanksgiving less than 2 weeks away, Sam sent me a picture of the finished counter 3 days ahead of schedule. Not only my counters. I had Sam install my appliances. Washer, dryer, microwave, dish washer, disposal, gas range, custom sink, granite counters, toilets and extensive electrical in the basement for my husbands wood shop. He kept me updated on the progress daily. Sam and his company exceeded all expectations. His personal service was #1. I'm not a spring chicken. I've had lots of contractors over the years, but none like New Carpet and Floors. I moved in the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and had dinner with my husband and adult daughters. I can't Thank Sam and New Carpet and Floors enough.
