Most of these ONE STAR RATINGS consists of people complaining about how it’s not really a post office or about how its connected to a liquor store or about how the owner is rude. I have been going here to ship my packages off for about TWO YEARS. The owner is NOT rude & yes it is in a liquor store but it’s VERY convenient if you don’t want to stand in line just to mail something off or if you don’t want to drive WAY to the Redford post office.

10,000 times better than any post office in the area. They are fast, efficient, and helpful. Credit card fee for purchases under $10 is annoying but still way worth it.

Made my first visit today, to mail a package. It was very convenient, no waiting in line and the young woman who waited on me was helpful and pleasant. I asked about the fishing bait they sell and she explained everything! I will return.😊

They are way better than any post office all mail makes it according to when is expected and they are inside a convenient store.

I go here every few weeks to ship out packages. There is hardly ever a wait and I'm in and out much faster than any other USPS location

When I can't make it to the post office before they close I go to farwaymarket to take my packages or regular mail before pick up time at 5:00

Very convenient little post office inside of neighborhood party store.

Pros: USPS service is good. Lottery service is good. Prices are high on food and other items. Charges a convenience fee to use debit card for postal services and lottery.

Cons: does not carry a variety of shipping items(boxes & bubble wrap). Very busy with lottery customers. Convenience fees!

Terrible service. The lady on my route is without a doubt the laziest woman I have ever encountered. Besides her laziness she is RUDE. She expects respect when she doesn't do anything to deserve it. She delivers the mail when she feels like it and makes excuses when she doesn't. The branch manager is useless too. My brother works as a postal worker and has knowledge about the policies. He says no matter what the mail has to be delivered. I complained to the manager my three brothers have complianed and got nothing accomplished except our service got worse. I complained to Washington. I'm disappointed I pay taxes for mail service which I don't receive half the time. Any mail being delivered to my home is important no different than every other red blooded american. We pay for a service we expect to get. Why should the postal workers at Redford get a paycheck when they neglect to do their job. Please get it together. Redford Branch is making USPS look ridiculous nation wide.

I've been to this location once. The store owner/ worker was rude and tried to rush me because he had 1 person walk up that needed to get checked out. As convenient as it seems, I prefer to go to the post office in the hardware on 5 mile. These ladies are ALWAYS pleasant and all they do is deal with post office business.

Clerk was super rude for no reason. Any customer you have should be treated with respect and made to feel as if their business with you is important and not as an irritation or interruption in your important day. I'll never go back there again for any services or goods. It simply just isn't worth being mistreated as a paying customer.and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

For the first time ever, I was yelled at by my mail carrier at my front door because I opened it together my mail. Apparently she is afraid of dogs enough to publicly from my yard yell at me not to do that. My dog is not small she cannot slip past me and I know my dog.
Maybe dont yell at dog owners from the middle of the yard. You could always leave a not. But do t yell at me like a child in my front yard.

Not really a post office. You CAN mail stuff, and buy stamps. But the same guy that processes your postal needs can ring you up for beer and lotto on the next register.
