I had a wonderful experience with Zari! She was able to accommodate me even though I forgot to book an appointment and she was so kind and gentle! Pricing was very fair and she did a superb job! I am always nervous trying new places for my brows but I was so impressed with how quick, painless, and precise of a job Zari did!! I will 100% be back!

Make sure you call and make an appointment and ask for prices. It says that she opens at 9am, I showed up about 9:15 and she wasn’t there- I called and she wasn’t going to be there for another 45min

As a woman of color who has been getting her eyebrows threaded for >10 years, I was very disappointed with Zari. Usually when one gets threading done, you hold your forehead and eyebrow taut so the threader can make a clean line for your lower brow line and get all the strays. Zari did not ask me to do that (to my surprise) and as a result, my eyebrows looked sloppy and unfinished. Her technique was terrible, I've never had a threader do that before! She didn't actually pull any of the hairs out, instead she snapped them at the skin surface, so within a few short days, all the regrowth was back. And she charged $20 for this poorly done service, which in my opinion is grossly overpriced (I've never paid more than $12-13 max). If you are like me and want your eyebrows to be clearly defined and neat, I would NOT recommend going to her for threading. To be fair, I can't speak about her other services as I haven't tried them.

Went to Zari for threading and I came with makeup on. As an esthetician myself you’re supposed to remove and cleanse the skin before anything. She did not do that. So as a result I broke out all over on my face and the hair grew back in a few days after that painful experience. She also didn’t want me to hold my skin taut and it hurt even more. And when I told her to not go so hard on my lip line because I get fever sores when the skin has trauma. She did not listen and just told me to put abreva on it.
