AT&T Store

Jonathan was awesome today. He explained the pros and cons of which iPhone to get so well. He didn’t push the most expensive phones. He listened. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Keep doing a great job Jonathan!

Tried here after the stuffed vests working the Highland Park store told me they weren’t going to help me with some questions I had because they didn’t think it would lead to a commission. Had to wait a little while because the only rep was taking his time - in a good way - with the woman ahead of me. Once it was my turn I got a phone with no hassle and the same care he gave the last customer; he answered all of my questions and made sure I was getting the credits I should be by having me set up ACH withdrawals rather than credit card payments. Left with a new phone and a lower bill. I will continue to trek here from Saint Paul in the future.

I recently got the promo of the S23 and upgraded my phone. My phone gave out so this deal was perfect timing. Thanks to employee Joseph S. who helped with the process. He was very informative and helpful, great customer service, and recommend you ask for his help!

This was an incredible experience working with the team at this store. I needed a new phone, and and my husband and I decided to combine our two accounts into one which seemed daunting but they made it so easy. We left with my new phone and saved a ton of money per month. They are experts at what they do and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I probably had the best experience I've ever had in a phone store, the store was very nice looking and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously whenever I've gone to any phone store AT&T or others the employees obviously want to try to get a sale out of every customer, this is normal for all retail and ive experienced and done the same myself in previous jobs ive had in retail sales. But what really blew me away was the associate Joseph, instantly I could tell he was not only friendly but also more so then just trying to make a sale he wanted to help me find the best phone. I wasn't set on getting a new phone on my visit I just wanted to browse, but Joseph or "Joe" really helped me dive into the details on what I want my phone to be able to do and what features are my top priority. He shifted from just trying to make the sale and providing basic details on the phones, into trying to make sure I was as informed as possible and that I need to make the best choice for my wants and needs rather then just the latest flashy new phone. Overall id have to say the only store where ive had a similar experience when it comes to that kind of self less customer service would be micro center so this was very much a treat for me. I didnt end up getting a new phone but Joe gave me his contact information and said to shoot him any questions, I 100% without a doubt will be using Joe when I swap phones and I plan to tell my parents and brothers to go through him also. Again really blew my mind with how Joe was able to think on his feet and pickup on my underlying interests rather then just "Sell, sell, sell...", which he very much did sell me on it but in a way where it was very natural and smooth!

Richfield, MN is by far the best AT&T store I have ever experienced.

Joe S helped me out picking out my phone and plan. He was very descriptive, genuine, and very professional. He made things easy to understand would highly recommend going to this store.

These guys definitely want to help and tried their best. I needed a 30 day phone plan for a visitor and we did not know if their international phone would accept an AT&T SIM. Instead of letting us buy the plan and have it not work in the phone, they put in a demo SIM and tried to get that to work first. When that failed, they helped us find the nearest T-Mobile store. And this was right around closing time too. Great job service staff!

Next time someone visits, I will be giving them a phone to borrow that works with AT&T.

Wow! Just wow. The people here are AWESOME!!! They fixed so many issues and made sure all was well. Before coming here I tried to buy an iPhone 12 Pro online, and create a new line for my daughter to get my old iPhone. AT&T online had screwed up so much I'd spent more than 5 hours dealing with them online, on the phone, and in person when the "white glove service" handed me my new phone and ran off my porch. I came here frustrated beyond belief, and wish I'd started here to save myself all that trouble!

The team here realized the new phone number had been dropped, then reassigned to the wrong phone, and there was a credit issue for seemingly no reason. It took them three hours to deal with all of the issues step by step, and you know what? Instead of being annoyed I was so appreciative and it was actually fun, because they know what they're doing AND are just genuinely great people.

I would HIGHLY recommend coming here for any needs. They know what they're doing and are truly wonderful people.
