Dragon Wok Chinese Dine In Delivery & Takeout

This place is definitely in my top 5 Chinese restaurants in Minnesota! I love the black and Asian fusion of their dishes. Great food and service as they were able to walk me through ordering online. Drunken noodles and sesame chicken were the big highlights of my order. The Dragon Wok fried rice has everything you could want in a dish.

Dragon Wok is one of my favorite restaurants of all time! Even before getting to the food, the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful! I’ve been getting food from Dragon Wok for 6 years and have had nothing but exceptional experiences with the people who work here. Now to the food! It is the most delicious and fresh Chinese food I’ve ever had and consistently delivers excellent flavors. Spices run hot so I typically ask for medium or mild because I’m a white Minnesotan but it is still very flavorful. My go to order is sesame chicken and the cream cheese wontons (you’ll never have a better wonton). But I also really loved their fried rice, egg rolls, broccoli stir fry, and pad Thai!

I love getting their takeout. The food is delicious. Fresh, perfectly stir-fried crunchy vegetables, very flavorful (especially when we ask for spicy) dishes, and never drowning in sauces. It’s a small business and everything is made to order, so I don’t mind a little wait. The staff are friendly and I love supporting this local business!

Delicious! We ordered Vermicelli Salad with pork, steamed dumplings and chicken chow mein (yet to be tried). The portions are large and the food is tasty and fresh. This will be our go to from now on for Chinese food. Love that they deliver themselves too!!

This place is amazing!!!! Best Wontons Ever! Also the food is super cute and prepared fairly quickly at an affordable price!!

My new favorite Chinese delivery place! We got the tofu pad Thai and chicken lo mien. the vegetable egg rolls are wonderful, a little greasy but crispy! online it says you get 3 egg rolls in an order but we only received two. fast delivery, and tasty food. could use a few more vegetables and meat but I don't feel uncomfortably stuffed after eating an entire portion. we will def be ordering again soon.

My wife and I usually order from Dragon Wok on Friday night. The food is always fresh, made to order and usually oh so delicious!

We decided to order today (Saturday) for lunch and unfortunately I have to say it was absolutely horrible. The egg rolls were cold and soggy upon delivery, I ordered Low Mien plain no veggies no protein as I always do and not only was it cold and not plain it was the most bland Low Mien I have ever received from Dragon Wok.

The General Tso’s chicken also was cold and upon opening the container was just breaded chicken with almost zero Tso’s sauce.

It was so bad I decided to return all of the food and the Manager was very understanding and gave a full refund.

Long story short Is if you order on a Friday night you will be blown away by the freshest most amazing Chinese food in Minneapolis....I would stay away during the day as the day chef Just doesn’t put the same love into the food as the night chef.

Not your average Chinese takeout/delivery.
First order, halfway through my orange chicken, I had to reviews. The entrees are excellent, the appetizers are above average but not spectacular. If I could I would give 4.5 stars, but I figured with the quality of entrees it's close enough and a great value for the price - you definitely get what you pay for. Portion sizes are smaller than the typical Chinese restaurant but not by enough to be offensive. Unless you're a total snob or purist, highly recommended!

I've gotten takeout here about 40 times so far over the years. I'm never disappointed by anything they offer. These one star ratings popping up here lately truly reek of one-sided stories from sociopaths, local competition, or unjustifiably upset former locals because the place moved 8 blocks.

Is the first thing you ordered not like how that other place makes it how you enjoyed? Try something else next time. Life isn't that difficult.

Lemon pepper wings are so good here! Great food and great service for delivery or pickup. The food is flavorful on a consistent basis. I'm always full and happy after having dragon wok! I always recommend this place to friends and fam

I ordered delivery from here for the first time. And let me tell you about what great customer service they have from the gentleman who answered the phone and also the delivery gentleman. I was WOWED! The gentleman who answered the phone took all my information promptly , and repeated my order to make sure it was accurate, did this with class as having to deal with my phone breaking up. I asked if they could call when the food arrived as I wouldn't be near the door. He called the moment my food arrived. The delivery driver was very polite and informed me that my address was actually out of there delivery area but since they took the order they delivered it anyway. And if I enjoyed the food to contact bite squad and they would be able to get it to me. Well,, the food was accurate and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! THE SERVICE OUTSTANDING! I will definitely be ordering more from you! Thank you!!

Pleasantly surprised. Definitely a step above other Chinese places in the area. Really good flavors and even the fried rice and white rice were just perfect. Weird skinny egg rolls that were still good. Would have given 4 stars but they get +1 for delivery and the fact that excellent Chinese w/ delivery is so hard to find in Mpls

I used Dragon Wok to cater an event for my work and they were absolutely AMAZING! Very professional and accommodating and the food was very delicious. Although we ordered lots of food for everyone we still ran out because everyone came back for seconds- which is a great sign. Since the event, I have ordered their food several times for my family and me and have been equally satisfied.Yum!

Was looking for a new Chinese takeout place in Mpls and read something on this place in the City Pages not too long ago. Went in to place my order because I like to see with my own eyes where my food is coming from and the level of cleanliness. Must say I was pleasantly surprised - take out only so no tables but you can see right in the kitchen (plus for me) Place was busy but my food only took about 15 minutes. Food was delicious, was fresh light and not too greasy. Can't wait to try something else because I'm definitely coming back!

This place has really fresh and flavorful American Chinese food at decent prices and with proprietary delivery (no need for Doordash etc). It even comes in the Chinese folded paper boxes rather than cheap plastic containers. We really liked the Kung Pow Chicken and veggie fried rice, which both had plenty of fresh veggies. The sauces are made fresh so they’re flavorful without being gelatinous. Unlike many Chinese deliveries the food didn’t leave us feeling sick—all the fun of a splurge night without quite so much guilt.

The food was absolutely exceptional! My friends and I stopped in and we were all flabbergasted by how fresh everything tasted! I was sad I couldn't finish all my food because it is as so good! The staff was extremely friendly and kind, and the wontons were the best I have ever had! Thank you so much for the amazing experience I can't wait to come back again!

Love this wok restaurant! I went in on a whim and was so happy I did. The guys working there were so friendly and welcoming and very accomodating to my gluten intolerance. They took care to ask if it was an allergy. They also offer most menu items totally gluten free! We had the Kung Pao Shrimp, and they made a new sauce from scratch which was delicious, and curry noodles. The atmosphere is fun and clean! Going to order takeout soon!!

Had Dragon Wok cater to our work Holiday event feeding 30+ employees last minute. The level of service exceeded my expectations by far. From taking our day prior request to the presentation and the actual food, I couldn’t have been more impressed. The cream cheese wontons and sesame chicken was a hit for sure. Thank you Dragon Wok and staff for working with us and hope you all have a Happy Holiday.

Decided to try out a new place in town and Dragon Wok did not disappoint. The ingredients were fresh and light with great flavor. I had chicken pad thai and It didn't leave me feeling like had just inhaled a bunch of sodium, but rather like I had a delicious homemade bowl of pad thai. Extremely reasonably priced for what you're getting. Will definitely order again.

BEST CHINESE FOOD! The delivery is always fast, the drivers are pretty much like family at this point! We get sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, veggies, and egg rolls! My mouth is drooling just writing thus review! 🤤
