The absolute best service department ever! They kindly help you with anything you need with a smile. They continuously go above and beyond to delight you. This is a level of service that you don't experience everywhere. I love going in here. They treat women with respect. They are honest and only do what you need. They are upfront about everything. Special shout outs to Ton and Chris in the service department. As well as Monte in the shop! These gentlemen are top notch. Highly recommended!

All around it was a great experience shopping for a new vehicle here. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took great pride in making sure that the vehicle I purchased was detailed and ready to go. My salesman was Nick, and it was a great pleasure working with him and would go back through this dealership in a heart beat. I would also like to point out that I had some after market work done through Morries as well and even their service and accessories group is top notch and very professional. They called and kept me up to date on the progress of the work. 10/10 I will have all my service done here.

Chris and his team were so great to work with! My car was with them for almost 3 weeks due to the warranty company being quite slow but they worked hard to get it done and back to me once they had everything they needed to fix the vehicle. And they even fixed something without charging me which was incredibly appreciated. Highly Recommend!!!

Land Rover is unbelievable! I have NEVER experienced top notch service from a car company before. Every time I take my car in, they completely detail it for me, washing it inside and out. The people are prompt, polite, and have great public relations skills. The best adjective is efficient. I am in and out within minutes. If I wanted to spend more time, I certainly could enjoy a cup of coffee, look at more product, and experience the magic inside. However, I am usually on a mission, and it is all about time efficiency. Richfield Land Rover is AMAZING!!!

Communication was top notch. Received video via text and email detailing service completed. I only wish they offered a complimentary rental car for use during 2-1/2 hour service. It’s too long to wait at the shop and forces one to try to find a ride both ways. The other dealership we used to go to offered this service.

Best place to buy a Land Rover. We had excellent service from the initial phone call. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Test drive went great and we bought the defender.
