I had asked a staff member on the floor if they carried a specific color tie and about a specific brand. His name is Kevin and he was super helpful. He brought me over to the rack to look, he checked his phone, he even suggested another retail store but did state that it was a bargain considering their price for two ties. Kevin was also super helpful with explaining the other brand. When I checked out, I was helped by Jose. He had asked if I was a rewards member and if I had coupons. I had never used coupons through their app before so I was clueless. However, Jose showed me how to look it up and use it. He was patient about it too, no way did I feel rushed. Overall, Kevin and Jose were super helpful and their customer service skills are phenomenal! Keep up the great work!!

My family and I were here on 12/23/22, the day of the shooting at Nordstrom. The store associates who were there that night were extremely kind and got all of us to safety really quickly. While the entire situation was definitely scary for everyone, I honestly felt like we were in a very safe place thanks to the quick response of these employees. They also made sure everyone was feeling okay multiple times while we were there during the lockdown. I can't remember their names, but PLEASE give them all a shoutout or a raise. They deserve everything!!

Very welcoming and appealing. Very easy to find clothing that works with you. Similar to Boston store but better. More changing rooms than expected and the staff are always smiling. This store has open space for walking between shelves and surrounding clothing hangers. One of the only stores that have jeans that fit me. Great store!

Didn't end up buying anything, but had a great try on experience. The dressing rooms were clean and the staff was quick and attentive and even checked repeatedly for me (more times than they really needed to, and I definitely didn't ask for it) to see when a fitting room would open up. :)

The h&m update and moving to a new location was a great move. The remodel looks awesome. It's very clean and seems more organized. Kids clothes and guys upstairs and womens downstairs. Like it! Always find something I want and can get my nieces and nephews cool, hip stuff! Take a gander.

The associates go out of their way to make sure you're getting the best deal. Great service the two times I bought a lot of clothes at once there.

I used to shop at Walmart and Target. Now I'm more rich, I shop here instead cuz they have more trendy clothes. It's always busy in this place which magnifies the shopping experience more fun. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the cashier who assisted me a few weeks back, but I came into the store to return an online purchase and he was exceptionally friendly and apologized that I was dissatisfied with the item I had received. Great service.

Has the clothing l want. I can never leave the store without buying an item of clothing. It's a great store to shop at.

If you need a beautiful pair of shoes, you need to come here and ask for Roosevelt. He knows what will make you feel and look amazing
