I’m writing this review solely for the service I received. Brian was the bartender who served me. As soon as I got to the bar he greeted me and asked if I needed anything- didn’t rush me to order at all. I stayed for a few hours waiting for my flight and he was kind throughout the entire time. Always greeting me with a smile and thanking me for visiting. I even saw afl fellow who went a little too hard on the booze who fell asleep at the bar and he was very subtle and kind when he told him he couldn’t be sleeping there. This guy deserves a raise. The food is good too - I had the Greek Salad and it was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend!

The people who work here are just so SO kind!!! ❤❤ I had a really dumb moment and left my bag behind after getting a drink at the cafe, and Renee just went above and beyond to help me get my bag back. She was so kind and patient while I frantically tried to figure out where my bag had gone, and walked me all the way to the airport police outside security to help me find my way to lost and found where they had my bag. She also just had a wonderful energy and is one of those people that just make the world a little brighter. This woman deserves a serious pay raise for her customer service and kindness!! So appreciate her and know where to go for coffee and kindness!
Also the coffee drinks are delicious and salads fantastic- so great to have a healthy option at the airport! ❤☕🥗

GLUTEN FREE! This place is great for a good meal in the airport. The service is not as fast, but the food is good. They have gluten-free bread that can be used on burgers!

I’ve eaten quick breakfast and dinner here and I have not been disappointed! The food is excellent and for those who are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free…there are many offerings. They boast organic and fair trade products and the service is incredible. Ken, who helped us during our dinner visit, he was a customer service wizard. Immediately asked if we were in a rush, told us very bluntly what to try and what we might consider skipping…not because it wasn’t good but he just felt he wanted customers to know what they have that is exceptional. The portions were very generous, so be warned and don’t let your appetite take over your better senses. Do get the coconut marmalade with your oatmeal…that is a worthwhile splurge! This is my new favorite MSP spot.

Let’s compare this experience to other airport options for vegans. Breakfast served until 10:30am, I ordered a tofu scramble and upgraded to potatoes as the side. A coffee and a to go vegan Rice Krispie bar too. All items total were $27 before tip. My server was busy but extremely attentive and nice. I never had to wait for anything (hot sauce, check, to go items…she was on top of it!)

So much better than the occasional pastries or chips and guac options you might be limited to when traveling through airports. I do wish I could have ordered off the lunch menu even though it was 7:30am, idk maybe in the only person that wants sauerkraut first thing in the morning.

Solid cup of coffee and delicious breakfast bowl. Caution: 3 people could easily share! It's abundant!

I don't go out of my way to get organic, but it doesn't hurt to try to be healthy occasionally. Plus, the place and the food looked good.

I got the chicken and goat cheese Ciabatta with a margarita. While the marg was not as salty as I'd have liked, it wasn't bad (and it is probably healthier this way), and the Ciabatta was pretty good, well above airport food standards, and reasonably priced.

There's table service and a bar, and plenty of USB and power outlets everywhere, so it's perfect if you just want to sit down and recharge.

A solid place to check out and sit down at the airport, absolutely.

Right beside departure gate E2 you will find a lovely cafe with all kinds of local and organic fare. Our server, James, was friendly and efficient. Sit by the window to watch the planes come into the gate!

I was there around 3-7 and I really enjoyed the avocado toast especially after an 8 hour layover. The cashier was very friendly and efficient being the only one working on New Years Eve. Didn’t get his name though :(

Health-oriented food in the airport is always a treat to discover! I visited the quick-service side of the People's Organic in the mall area near C and D gates. This location has both a counter service area and a sit-down restaurant, the other location by the F gates is in a food court and counter-service only. I checked out the F gates location before coming to this one, and the bigger location is better if you have time to walk over; there's a better selection even if you're only getting grab-and-go.
I got a macro bowl, a maple donut, and an almond nutmeg warmer. The macro bowl was definitely the best grab-and-go food I've ever had at an airport (which may seem like a low bar, but I've been lucky enough to have happened upon some pretty good airport food). Loved the hearty squash and beans mix and the zingy turmeric dressing. I hadn't planned on getting a dessert but the maple walnut donut in the case caught my eye - so good! Baked instead of fried, soft, maple-y but not too sweet. Highly recommend this donut if you want a balanced sweet treat. I got a nutmeg almond warmer (steamed milk) to go with the donut, which was nothing a special but a nice, comforting drink. All in all, it was a very good meal.
It took them maybe 5 minutes to get to making my drink, which is longer than I expected but still not bad. The two cashiers/baristas were friendly. It goes without saying that it was a little pricy for prepared food, but you'd be hard-pressed to find better food in this setting.

Friendly staff. Although when I went there was a group of 6 employees in a meeting and only one staff member trying to handle the entire restaurant during a busy time. I didn’t understand the management of that.

Our waiter was great however.

This place serves quality food for and airport. There is a full menu and I could actually customize my grain bowl. They were gracious enough to accommodate me for my allergies , and this place is true to its name, organic, allergen free ingredients. Loved loved loved it..Will eat here everhtime I'm at MSP.

Bee was fantastic, happy and helpful. We knew this place from b4 Covid. We are glad this place is open again. Zone omelette was fresh and very delicious . Music is great here. This place rock. Mimosas are always ready 😃thank you guys .

This is the best health food that I was able find at any given airport.

just had lunch here, sat at the bar w Brian and had the most incredible experience! i’m celiac and finding a great meal at the airport can be a challenge, but People’s Organic had delicious options!!! the service was impeccable- i was there during shift change and watched the employees hug and kiss each other while they changed shifts. it was so heartwarming it brought me to tears! airport service can be very detached, but this place made me feel like i was at home. i’ll definitely be stopping thru next time i’m in the airport! thanks to the staff and (obvious) great management at People’s Organic!

I have never been so impressed with airport food in my life. I got the chicken & goat cheese croissant and it was absolutely delicious. My mom got the Mediterranean wrap which was also delicious. Every plate I saw coming out of the kitchen looked good. They have lots of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options which is great and I love the healthy and sustainable vibe they have on the menu. Of course prices are higher than they should be because it’s airport food, but if you’re not willing to pay airport food prices you should just bring your own food or wait. This place was no worse than any other airport restaurant in terms of price and 3x better than the average airport restaurant in terms of flavor. Definitely would come back here again.

Ken did an excellent job! I told him I was debating on the tofu scramble or the vegan black bean chili. He gave me a sample of the chili. He checked in with me often and was very polite! Highly recommend this place.

food is healthy & good, full bar, lots of window seating, good service. Good tunes while eating. we fly MSP 5 times/year. This is our go-to. Dine-in, never done take-out.
