Honest One always takes good care of my vehicle. The service is quick and they take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. The manager Sean is so good at his job. It's obvious he knows what he is doing. The staff is friendly. The waiting area is nice and they have wifi and a play area if you have to bring kids to your appointment. 10 out 10 all around.

After waiting months for an appt. At my dealership and limping along with bad tires, I was able to get in to Honest-1 the same afternoon as the day I called. I needed new tires and alignment. The staff members were nice enough to talk through some other car issues I was having , and to give me honest feedback and rides back and forth from my house. I’m very happy with the service I received and I would definitely recommend!

I'm glad I chose Diamond Lake Honest 1! I am dedicated to my usual mechanics for my car I've owned for 13 years. Unfortunately, my guys are no longer around and had to trust new hands with my car. I honestly thought I needed a big repair for a new wheel issue that came up. From the 1st call to time to pick up my car was seamless and earns its 5 star rating. They found out it was just loose lug nuts and got me back on the road safely and with holiday money still in my pocket. Will definitely make this shop my only place for my vehicles. Great place, great experience! I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it super efficiently and took the chance to make sure the rest of my car looked good. Special thanks to Sean for being so accommodating!

Quick work any time I go here for any reason. Usually it’s to swap out my wheels and tires seasonally as it was this time. Dropped off at 2:30pm on a Friday, hoping to have it done by the time I started work at 6pm. They called me an hour later to let me know it was finished and that alignment wasn’t necessary so no charge for that part. I’ve never had a problem here. I was very surprised they were able to slip me in and out so quickly. Keep up the good work guys!!

Had my car in for inspection , got the call nothing was wrong, Honest is the perfect word for these guys, brought here as a second opinion from a different shop was looking at 4.000 in repairs according to them ,

This is the only place I take my car. They are always up front with me about what needs to be fixed and I can trust that they are not trying to inflate my bill. So refreshing for a car repair shop.

UPDATE:
I spoke with 2 people in charge of the region and met with one of them. They showed me proof on video that the items in my vehicle were already displaced before they drove it into the bay. I am a man of my word and changed the 3-star rating I gave to a 5-star rating.

Since they are not responsible for rifling through my car and stealing the money. I owe them an apology and will warn anyone who comes into contact with a towing company called "I SEE YOU TOWING AND RECOVERY". Through the process of elimination, they were the only company that touched my car between leaving me and going to Honest-1.

Honest-1 on Portland and 59th has earned my trust back.

Pros:
-Fixed my tire. My car was dropped off there this morning to fix a flat tire. Got my car back and the tire is great. Good job. 👍

Cons:
-I noticed that my glove compartment was gone through because all my pens were on the passenger floor. I don't know why exactly you'd have to go through there.
- Center council had 7 one dollar bills missing plus some chump change.
-Items from the back seat were in the front. Again, I don't know why someone would go in the back seat unless they were looking for something else of value.

Ultimately here we are. The company did their job. Good.

I'm smart enough that I cannot accuse them specifically of stealing anything because I have no proof. All I can say is the money was there when it was dropped off and it was gone when I picked it up. I know the " take your valuables" policy. I'm not a fool. I'm not concerned with 7 bucks. I'm concerned that a company that is trying to run a fair and ethical practice MIGHT have some employees that hurt their reputation.

This is the only place I’ll take my car! Everyone here is so kind, and I never feel like I’m asking stupid questions. They are truly as honest as their name implies, and all the work I’ve ever had done here has been well-explained and quickly done.

I've been coming to Honest-1 for almost 10 years. Their service is amazing! Kid-friendly waiting room. 🤪

Sean answered all of our questions and gave us a break down of what absolutely had to be done. Our vehicle had some major issues and they got it done by the next day.

They have been very helpful on many occasions, including helping me last minute with a leaky tire and a dead battery.

Went for the first time today to get an oil change and they did an amazing job! Will be back with my other cars to get checked out and oil changes!!

Always professional, respectful, and kind whenever I go in there. Literally the only establishment I have gotten my oil changed at in the last five years.

These guys are the best. Fair pricing, patient with questions, not pushy, SUPER high quality work. We live close, but they are worth the drive. Would give them 6 stars if I could. We just had brakes, oil change, tires, wheel alignment AND sparkplugs all done in like 6 hours. Fast, fair and high quality, you can't ask for better.

I always go to Honest-1 for my oil changes, I had a service engine light come on so I called back to get it checked out before a long camping trip out west. Chris got me in the same day, upon vehicle inspection it turned out my rear wheel bearings and battery were completely shot which would have made my trip pretty miserable had my car broke down. I’m thankful for quality service and care that Chris provided to reassure me that I’d have a safe trip! Plus: my car is a LOT quieter now. I had no idea it was supposed to sound this way because of an issue with my wheel bearings that I was unaware of for so long. Thanks again to Chris and the Honest-1 Auto team!

Been coming here for years always had great service and reasonable prices. Guys are friendly and helpful.
