Cub - Minneapolis Nicollet

I called this Cub Food store and was able to get 300 pieces of cooked fried chicken in 30 minutes. Yes to the deli manager and yes to everyone who made it happen! It was a city high school football banquet and we will use you…not at the last minute…for all of our future orders! Thank you so much!!

I was visiting from out of state and felt like I had strep all of a sudden. Cub offers rapid strep tests and if it’s a positive result, fulfills the antibiotic prescription right there. Clara was so kind and the whole thing took about 1 hr. I got on the plane home the next feeling much better already. Thanks for offering this health service!

Manager on duty Emmanuel is the best! When another employee couldn't find my cupcake custom order, Emmanuel jumped in to help and resolved the issue quickly. He is friendly and professional and I was very grateful.

Was good before. But outstanding with the new remodel! So much more spacious! Wonderful seating area next to the deli. Best produce section I've ever seen at a Cub. Lots of weird reviews on this location -- issues Cub can't control, or so take those with a grain of salt.

Also try to make your new pickup system put what items didn’t get fulfilled or did get replaced in the groceries are ready email or something, so they don’t get a confused call from a customer like me again - lol!

I love this location on 59th and Nicollet. Most of the employees are extremely helpful and great. Lana, Doug and a young man named Jonathon are always eager to put a smile on your face while checking out. It's really great to go somewhere where people enjoy your company, and you enjoy theirs just as much. You can't help but to look forward to going back again. Another great thing is the employees are always stocking shelves. In my opinion, it's great they try and keep up with demand. I don't like going to multiple stores looking for let's say, cheddar pretzels, or Sara Lee butter bread. Lastly, the Deli and Bakery for me are 2 incredible departments that hook me the moment I walk in. I hate walking in to those departments because I never know where to start, or what I want to get, because everything (for me anyway) is so gooood!!! "I can NEVER decide where to start, but I'm ALWAYS happy when I leave"! TM (trademark). That seems to sum up my at Cub. LOL.

I do have 1 issue. That is customers. They leave carts scattered in the lot, not saying please and thank you anymore. Not holding the door for people behind them. Leaving their cart in the middle of the aisle to walk all the way down for peanut butter just to walk it all the way back to put it in the cart. Than, push his cart back down the aisle where he just walked to get the P.B. WHAT?!?! (this is a real dumb idiot, who I saw actually do this in real life.)
Anyway, thank you Cub!! Thank you Lana, Doug and Jonathon! You're appreciated more than you know.

Tonight I dropped by to pick up some milk and bread. I decided to withdraw some cas at the self service kiosk. There was a little hiccup so I accidentally left the cash behind. When I I realized it and call the stored. This was about 10 at night. Wes at the store said that one of the employees found it a cashier named Tammy found it. Everyone was real nice when I went back to pick it up. Thank you.

Really good fried chicken. 8 piece Monday special one of the best values in Twin Cities. St. Louis style BBQ ribs a great value in deli. Jerry's franchise, not a Super value store. Has good fresh produce and fresh meats. Has good Deli and bakery. Has fresh cut flowers, bank, and pharmacy.

Uptown cub is closer to my house but this one has a better selection and a better parking situation so I come here if I'm going to drive anyway. Cathy is my favorite person at checkout. She's really fast when they're busy and really great to chat with when it's slow. All of the employees are really nice and chill and it seems like a good environment, so I hope it is for them.

Always well stocked and huge selection of products. Produce is good. Cashiers can be a little unenthusiastic, so that’s why I use the best cashier (self check-outs).

Well, this is just one of my many rating scale qualifiers .. which this cub gets a solid 8-1/2 on the. "I left my CC at self checkout" Scale I developed ...here's why! Store is super clean, this Cubs is one of the few I have been to that has such a beautiful display of there prepackaged dinners up by the deli.... OMG..goodness finally a decent microwavable lunch..or dinnere..whicheves...they got both! The also have a Liquor where you can buy spirts accordingly to your scale choice ... The shelfs are stacked and full of food...customer service ...wonderfully wonderful.... U are greeted kindly and not wondering if you should be opening your wallet in the isles....the other customers are nice as well .

"Honey I am so sure that somebody picked it up and brought it to the cashier that we can go home bring the groceries in and cook dinner and once I help you put those groceries away then I'll call him and tell him I'm coming to get it tomorrow!! 😀🤗

The only complaint I had was a somewhat uncomfortable experience with a pharmacist...but more or less a life lesson of not doing 10 things a once... And feeling as though the pharmacist should have had more professional behavior then she did... Bit hey we all have bad days! ...

The best donuts in Minnapolis area.
Not too sweet. Large - not like other Cubs that cheat their customers by offering smaller less yummy donuts.
The wings are fantastic take out!

This CUB FOODS was clean, updated, employees helpful and friendly. Bought the monday night chicken special and was amazed that they separate the wings, legs, thighs, and breasts into their own area instead of dumping them into one big pile to dig through as I've seen at other CUBS. The heart of the city and a great experience!

Great customer service! It was my first time shopping at this cub and I was looking for ground chorizo. After searching the shelves I asked one of the bakery workers if they knew where I could find it. She said she wasn't sure but would find someone in the meat department for me. She came back with the head of the department and he showed me some chorizo links. I asked about it being ground and after checking the freezer with no luck, he took the links in the back and took the meat or if the casing for me. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer! The store was clean, the produce was fresh, and the people were all very friendly. I will definitely shop here again!

My go to grocery store during Covid-19. They always do a great job of sanitizing and the wider layout allows for better social distancing. And usually a better selection of produce than other Cubs by me.

Easy parking. With the Cub card you don't need to bring paper coupons. Though I prefer Aldi because they never have coupons or any other hoops to jump through.

I really liked this grocery store. They had loads of options and many of them very affordable. The store was very clean and the staff were friendly. I found all the items I was shopping for, both cheese and distilled water.

There is always staff near in case you can't find something. I prefer Cub to target or Walmart..heck targets shelves are about bare ..slim pickings

an absolute gem. love going here for little things or for everything. my favorite thing is the 4 for $5 dippin dots. they are perfect for after a day at the lake with friends. cub is perfect because it is open late and has everything.

I'm a refugee from the recently closed Rainbow foods and just visited for the first time day. All around pleasant experience and every one was very helpful and I will definitely be coming back here more often. Thank you Cub Foods.
