Had a return quick in and out. Like the new simple set up. Also bought 5 $200 coats for my wife that were on clearance $20 each. Got for myself as well Thanks JC Penny.

So much improved since last time there at holiday's. Good stock of new clothes n more organized to shop at now

I had a great experience at JCPenney at Westland mall. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was very happy with the clothes and prices. Way to go!

I have always enjoyed this store, this visit was different, it was sad. I was one that hated long lines and so many people you have to park so far from the door. The store was empty. I miss the long lines and walking around people to get to what I might want to see. We are losing the people contact when making a purchase. Stop in today and show our stores some love. The store is bright, clean, and stocked, and the staff is wonderful.

It was busy, they need help if anyone needs a job. Great Christmas sales early. Went back Sunday got shoes and a pair of water boots.

I just JCP. JCP was my 1st job and I'm trying my best on my part to patronize them to keep them open.

This time I ordered an Electric Blanket & Throw from Biddeford.
This is My 2nd Electric Blanket
1st Throw.

JCP was having a good sale thru there catalog so here I am.

JCPenney's is still in business in the mostly vacant Westland Mall.

Place was clean and the displays were well stocked.

All the employees seemed helpful.

My grandmother actually found a bunch of clothes she liked!

I didn't go in, but my grandmother said the dressing rooms were also clean. So take that as semi reliable secondhand information.

Sales associate at the cash register was very insistent on joining a club and getting some kind of points. I had to explain that my grandmother does not use email and certainly would never be able to check her points or use them in any way, LOL

I guess I give the guy credit for trying.

The store is well organized and clean. The selection of merchandise is good. The checkout service can be slow during peak times.

Wife went there looking for a purse. You guys had a ton. Good for her, sucked for me. As I had to wait for her to find one she liked. Selection was a hell of alot better that Kohls. They only had like 2 small end caps.

Visiting from Texas and loved this store.

Went for a Christmas gift. Found what I wanted. Could not find an employee upstairs to get price on item. Went downstairs and cashier was awesome when we asked if there were any coupons to use online. She helped us to pull one up online. Saved a little money.

The store is clean, organized, and easy to shop. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. They have fitting rooms and public restrooms. They also have a wide selection of shoes for ther whole family. I love their make up selections and jewelry. I personally did not purchase anything from this store because there are 2 stores in this mall that offer the same clothing for almost half ther prices. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality merchandise and don't mind paying a little more.

Finally found some tops I could afford. Associates were very helpful in helping me to find clothing. They went along with me and showed me everything. I was pleased.

It was wonderful! I found 2 blouses and a Capri. Sales person was great. It's hard to find clothes I like anymore, because everyone is closing. Nowhere to go.

Haven't been here for a long time, I was impressed how the store looks now. It used to be a disorganized mess. Staff was very friendly.
