Lisa and Ron make and sell QUALITY jewelry! I would definitely recommend Geller Jewelers for anything custom or what they have in the cases. I purchrd my first set of diamond earrings from them for a Christmas gift and will be back.

Lisa is amazing. My fiancé got my engagement ring from them custom made and I absolutely love it. I shopped around a bit for a wedding band but ended up going in to see what they had. Lisa sketched out a beautiful design and quoted a very reasonable price to make a custom attached band. Less than a week later, I have my beautiful ring back and it’s better than anything I could have imagined. Incredible service, kind people working, and amazing prices within our budget.

I have been going to Geller Jewelers for years. Both stores have a great atmosphere, Ron and his wife Lisa are very knowledgeable on their products and have a wide variety of jewelry at great prices. If you want custom work done, Ron is the best in town. These other reviews sound like bitter people who were upset that they did not get something for free (really, you left rings there for over a year? My dry-cleaner tosses anything left for over 30 days!).

Excellent quality, great prices and jewelry you will never find in a chain store. If you love color and beautiful diamonds, this is the place.

Google said it was open on Monday’s. I rearranged my schedule to make room to arrive at Geller’s for a watch battery replacement. I was so frustrated to find it closed on Monday.

I have twice had my wedding ring in for repair and never once was contacted when it was ready. I was too patient. Second time I went because I was concerned about the tip on a small diamond on my ring. After waiting at length, and finally phoning to learn it was available, I discovered I was charged over $300 for apparently retipping all the stones on my ring. And the most vulnerable tip, for which I went in, seems not as sturdy as the others. On the flip side, my husband has bought a couple of necklaces for our daughters and a different ring for me and enjoyed the experience.

If I could give this business a 0 rating I would. I brought in my watch for a battery replacement; a good brand that was not inexpensive at all. The older man who let me in the store after I rang the security buzzer, grabbed the watch from me after I gave him the coupon the store requested be shown before purchase, & gruffly said, 'oh this is a piece of junk'! I calmly said, 'no, this is "X" brand & was X amount of $ to purchase.
His response? 'Well you got gypped!', 'this is a PIECE OF JUNK'!
The caps are intentional, but they can't impart the rudeness of his response. He went to a counter to gouge at it with a tool that appeared much too large, & I said, 'please give the watch back to me, I'll take it somewhere else.'
He gruffly said, "I can't even open it, it's JUNK'! I took the watch, still wasn't rude, & said, 'I've never been here before, but I won't be back'. His response? 'THANK GOD'!
So if you plan to shop there, good luck. There was no one else in the store shopping, which I now completely understand. If I have to give it a star to be able to post, I will just say there was a beautiful brindled German Shepard pacing back & forth behind the counter, the poor dog obviously trapped there all day.

DO NOT BRING JEWERLY HERE. We brought in a family heirloom that was given to me by my mom on my wedding day to have the hook on the pendent repaired and after the jeweler decided he couldn't fix it, he threw the hook away and replaced it with a cheap shiny silver hook. We could not believe he would be so careless to throw an antique part of the pendent away and he didn't seem to care at all. Now we have to hunt for an antique looking hook and bring it somewhere else to get fixed. We could not be more livid or upset.

We dropped-off all of our gold and diamond wedding rings for some ideas for him to create a new set to wear for the rest of our lives. We lost the ticket he gave us so forgot about it with our busy lives. We then went in a year or so later to find out that he melted everything down and sold it off.

Last Friday I went into the store to have a battery watch replaced on one of my ceramic watches. I had a 50% off coupon which I showed to the man behind the counter. He was a very unfriendly old man with a dog behind the counter. The first thing he said was "this will be $75" which I thought was ridiculous. Then he continued to say that it would take an hour and a half to do it because of all the screws and that I couldn't use the coupon. I almost laughed in his face because, yes, there were four little screws on the back but there is no way it would take an hour and a half to do that. He said no one would do it. Well, the very next day I went to a jeweler in the mall and he did it in 5 minutes for $19.99! I try to support local businesses in my area, but I will never go back to that place and I will tell everyone I know what horrible customer service they provide.
