So friendly and attentive! Even helped me when my car broke down in the parking lot and needed a tow. Came out to make sure I was okay and helped me bring my stuff to the bench. I appreciate such great people!

For years this location had unfriendly, rude and poor customer service. Now under new ownership, this location is the best! The owners and staff are friendly, genuinely care and are respectful and prompt with all who enter into their store. Such a great change for our community!

First, love that this store is open Sunday.

Second, they have the BEST employees. Just dropped off an Amazon return and there was a line (as expected on a weekend during the holiday season). The gentleman who was working was friendly to every single customer, and apologized multiple times for the wait. The wait, by the way, wasn't very long because he was working so fast he very quickly helped everyone.

We needed some closing papers notarized. The store employees were very friendly, helpful, and ensured we were all set before we left. We felt welcomed every time we stopped in. I highly recommend this UPS store for notary and shipping needs.

This store is under new management and they are absolutely wonderful! So customer service oriented and just nice people all around! Highly recommend!

Initial 1 star rating: Not greeted and subsequently spoken to rudely by the elderly gentleman on multiple occasions. Only go because it is the closest Amazon return location. If you have a good second option, take it.

Also added Dec 2023: The response to my initial post exemplifies the customer service style of the previous management (and I am 100% positive the one 2" from face interaction he refers to most assuredly was not me.)

This is my neighborhood UPS store and I visit it regularly. However, my recent visit was slightly different. This store is under a new management now.
And I must say, the change in management has brought about remarkable improvements. The store has truly undergone a positive transformation, and the new management deserves all the credit.
One of the most noticeable changes is the exceptional level of customer service. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist customers. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, offering guidance and answering questions with patience and expertise. It’s evident that the new management has placed a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

NEW OWNERS! I've been met with tremendous appreciation and customer service. In the last few weeks, ownership has changed. I am never fully prepared for the multiple print jobs I have come in for. The team is very helpful and helps me finalize the print with their computer.

My wife and I use this location for our shipping needs quite frequently, and are always in and out with efficient and friendly service. Recently—Kevin, the store owner, went out of his way to help me locate my lost receipt for a parcel I shipped last month. I needed it for a separate reimbursement. He called me back within the hour with my receipt ready to be emailed. Service like this is hard to come by. When I find gems like this, I hold on to them. Great work, Kevin!

This is the closest UPS store to my home. However, I have for a while avoided it (unfriendly Management). Today I was SO happy to see that they are under new management. I had a wonderful experience-great service!

Went in to do some returns, they were super friendly and fast. Even gave my kids some suckers.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff for my shipping and copying needs. I think I got my first passport photo there 10 years ago and will definitely be heading there again this year for renewal.
