We always have a great experience at this location and this most recent visit was just exceptional. Both employees on staff there were so kind and we found everything we needed while in-store. Even the other customers were in very pleasant moods. It was a wholesome experience considering we were only there to pick up dog food! We also brought our dog along who was treated nicely and received positive socialization. I appreciate these small encounters at C&Ds.

I was in on Monday 2/12 and Cashier number 1890(I forgot to grab her name.) Helped me find solutions for my cat. She answered all my questions and was so helpful! I was in Minnesota visiting family and brought my cat with me and he didn't do very well with the travel, so my family suggested I go to Chuck & Dons. She also explained their rewards program there and if I lived in MN I would have joined. It was a very pleasant experience and I'm happy to report that my cat did 100% better on the way back to Virginia thanks to her!

Such a great store and very helpful staff! I purchased some dog food and my dog wouldn’t touch it, the store let me exchange it the next day for something else free of charge. I am so pleased with a store with such great customer service. Definitely will continue to shop here.

Love going to the North Oaks Chuck & Don's. Actually all I've been in have been great. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and always welcoming. I purchased a large bag of dog food and without asking, the staff member took it out to my car - such great service. Thanks so much!

Our favorite pet store. Always friendly staff, well stocked selection of our dog's favorite foods and treats...and they often give her a new treat to try! Really feels like a small town store where they welcome you and go out of their way to offer suggestions/answer questions. And they support our local community too. Best pet store hands down.

Cashier 1312 (didn’t catch his name) was very friendly. There was a very short line so he offered for my bag to go on the counter while I waited. He even offered to help the elderly people carry their bags out.

We love this place! The wonderful team working there is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They really care about animals. We have both dogs and cats ( one we adopted at the C&D store) and we get everything we need for our pets from C&D. It's so nice to have a high quality pet store in our area!

I've been going to Chuck and Don's in Shoreview for years and have come to really rely on them for good, wholesome and natural food for my pets. The selection is excellent, along with their customer service. I'm greeted upon entry and always asked if I need assistance which I really appreciate. They really take it up a notch in terms of their knowledge of products and what's trending in pet supplies and health products. The rewards program works great too if your a frequent buyer like I am. Who doesn't need dog or cat food almost always?
What else is exceptional about them is their dedicated assistance to homeless cats and dogs. Having rescued and adoptable cats in the store is a great way to help alleviate the overcrowding at shelters and rescue organizations. Making donations easily acceptable for these organizations is also a big reason I continue to shop here. Thank you Chuck and Don's for helping dogs and cats live a better life.

This place is so great. I’m a member of their rewards program and it’s paid off since I started going here. The store associates really know what hey are talking about and helped me to trouble shoot every pet wow I’ve encountered. Try the probiotic goats milk, it’s the best. We love this place!
