The real estate market in Duluth is currently very competitive and we appreciated Julie's insights about how to make our offers stand out. Julie helped us buy a solid house in a great neighborhood at a reasonable price. We closed on the house in three weeks and this was partially due to Julie's skills connecting all of the groups involved. We also had a positive experience selling our first home with Julie. We ended up getting many offers on our home and we were able to sell it for almost double the amount that we bought it for five years earlier.

Jamie Day was Incredible! Selling a beloved childhood home, after your parents have both passed away, turns out to be one of life’s most emotional rollercoasters. Jamie took everything in stride from the day it was listed until closing day, many months later. From all the price changes, responding to tire-kickers, video walk-throughs, understanding well water and sewer codes, plus scouring offer documents for the minutia of the language, she was absolutely the best. Jamie was an amazing realtor and trusted advisor. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable regarding the market, the process, the risks, the opportunities and more. She was so patient with my mom who was nervous about the process. She took the time to walk through every form and every number from the beginning. She walked us through how we would decide how much to list for and the pros and cons of higher and lower amounts. She walked us through comparable sales and how my mom’s house compared. She walked us through every number in the offers and what to consider when making a sections. She walked her through every document and number for closing, etc. She was so patient and clear and caring every step of the way. She helped my mom feel confident. It helped remove so much of her anxiety knowing Jamie was experienced and truly cared about the outcome of her sale. Julie helped us purchase a home in Duluth, while we were living in Florida. Because of COVID-19, we were unable to travel to Minnesota to look at houses. Julie did an excellent job of keeping us informed when houses in our budget were available, listened to our feedback, and was prompt with all of her communications. She showed us houses through FaceTime, since we couldn't come in person, and gave us helpful comments and thoughts on each house and she showed them to us.
