A lot of things are called amazing,incredible but let me tell you I'm as serious as a heart attack when I say that Andy kelm at this dealership is amazing I need to give special thanks to Andy and service manager Eric on a recent visit to the dealership they took such good care of my car and me. You have a customer for life as long as Andy works at that dealership you will have my business time and time again.

Rick and Kyler helped give me peace of mind today after I had run over some debris on the highway. They were attentive to my concerns, thorough, and expedient in inspecting my vehicle for any major damage.

Walked in unannounced because I was in the neighborhood with a flat tire, and walked out within 20 minutes with a loaner while everything was taken care of by the friendly service reps. 10/10 customer service :)

I was a Nissan and Infinity fan for years, till Nissan and Infiity, till I had continuous and unresolved issues that would not be fixed on my 2019 Infinity QX50 and had to enact the Minnesota Lemon Law.

I got behind the Steering Wheel of a BMW X5 and it was a Night and Day difference.

My 2022, BMW, X5, went in for it's first routine visit and Oil change. Being a first time BMW owner, it has been a great driving and ownership experience. I'm very pleased with the overall Manufacturing, Buildig, Fit, Finish, Dependability, Reliability, Driving performance and handling of my BMW X5. It was a Game changer for me. Finally, a.SUV that is packed with luxury features and performes flawlessly. The Service Department is just as good as the Sales Department and they take the time to explain things to me. While waiting, they will send me a progress Video, telling me what is going on. Nobody else does that.

Staff was friendly and honest in their assessment and recommended services.

I was treated with respect by my customer service agent/technician! Even though I was late for my appointment due to the inclement weather, he still serviced my car and informed me I could wait in the waiting area. I always look forward to going to the waiting area because it is so relaxing clean and spacious with coffee/tea/hot chocolate, fruit and snacks. I really liked my service rep this time as he was respectful. Way better than the LAST ONE I had!!!

Spencer was the customer service rep. I like working with him. He looks for discounts/coupons, he’s honest, knowledgeable and friendly. He always recognizes me and addresses me by name.
I pulled in without an appointment because my transmission needs coolant light came on. My car was close enough to the next scheduled maintenance we decided to have that taken care of as well. He gave me a rental to drive for the day and I was on my way. Good communication. Very appreciated

This is the second time I was having my BMW serviced at Motorwerks. I must say that the experience is always excellent. They treat me with respect and the video updates are awesome. They stay transparent with you through the whole process. Definitely my first choice for service on my BMW in the twin cities. I worked with Andy he was top notch and he even saved me some $$ on the repair with a promotion.

Check in was fast and easy. Got a loner so I could keep moving with my day. Text messages with detailed video updates was awesome. Honest recommendation of what needs attention now and what can wait till later. My advisor was very kind understanding and listened. I’ll go back for other needed services.

Motorwerks BMW has provided great service for my vehicle many times, and I've never been disappointed. They have always went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service on my vehicle and they address any concerns with top priority.

Every Service Advisor I've worked with at Motorwerks BMW has been honest, thorough, and prompt. I worked with Tim H. on my last visit, and I've also worked with Spencer R, and between them and the service people... I felt like they cared for my vehicle as if it was their own mother's car! I've had oil changes and basic maintenance done at Motorwerks, and just recently I had them repair a deep door ding on my new vehicle which required repainting the door and they made it look perfect!

Since I've always had great service with Motorwerks BMW, I decided to go to them first when I was ready to purchase my next vehicle. The sales person I worked with, Joe, was GREAT! He didn't just try to sell me what they had, he listened to me carefully and sold me what I wanted. He also supported some service work that needed to get completed after I purchased the vehicle and continued to follow up just to make sure I was happy with the work.

I highly recommend this dealership any time your BMW needs service!

My service advisor Greg Matson made sure that I was provided with the proper completion timeline on the ppf install to set expectations. He also suggested that I have the break in service done which hit two birds with one stone..awesome. I was also sent a video update on the work done which was excellent. Lastly, after the work was completed and picked up my M3, he sent me an email making sure I that was satisfied with the work. Overall, the service was excellent! I will definitely be back.

Service rep went above and beyond to communicate the progress through a fairly lengthy repair.

I am a long time Motorwerks customer, and when my car shows it needs service, I simply call in and speak to my long time advisor Rick. He immediately set up a time for me to bring the car in. Rick also asked if I needed a loaner or if I wanted a ride, or to wait. The experience was great. I drove in, got a loaner, was explained what the anticipated charges would be, was communicated with during the service, and then picked up the vehicle at the end of the day. I could not imagine anything being any better. 10 out of a 10 service, everything was great.

My guy Tony was awesome to work with from servicedept. He updated me every step of the way, and went out of his way to make sure I was getting what was best for my situation at the time! Much appreciated, and just want him to be acknowledged!
Will be coming back for service there due to the great service provided.

I came into Motorwerks for my annual maintenance I was blown away by how professional and accommodating the staff there was! The moment I walked in the door, I received nothing but the very best in customer service. I received great information from the team in the showroom as well as a video detailing what was checked on my car. I was given batter replacements for my key FOB, new windshield wipers, and was given detailed report of all systems checks, as well as the reasoning for certain firmware updates to my system. You guys did a great job, and believe me, I will be coming back.

Greg was amazing and took good care of me. I was able to drop off and go to a meeting. Came back and my car was ready to go. Greg explained everything that was completed and got me on my way. Great experience!

Unbelievable customer service! Just in one visit to replace a headlight bulb:

Got a loaner car. They waived the $20 fee.

Took a battery core from my other car, gave me $18.

Didn't top off the washer fluid, so they sent someone to my house to do it!!
