Larry in shoes was super helpful in finding shoes to fit my sons short, wide feet. My son has Down Syndrome and his feet are hard to fit. Larry was so patient and made excellent suggestions and we were able to order a pair that I know will be great!

I bought ten golf bags for clubs at this store and received excellent customer service. Even though my purchase may have seemed a bit unusual, the staff remained helpful and attentive. I appreciate their assistance and would like to thank them for their excellent service.

The other day I had gone in to purchase a kayak. I was greeted by Mike who I believe was the shoe department manager. I told him what I was looking for and he ushered me to the kayak section where I was met by Freddie. Both Freddie and Mike were very professional and helpful when it came to questions about my new kayak. Thank you both so much, your customer service skills are goals everyone should strive for. P.s. We were looking for a treadmill and had an idea of what we wanted however it was not available. The athletic equipment specialist, Brian, made an excellent case for purchasing an alternative. We put a hold on his recommendation, went home to do some research, then called him back to go ahead and purchase the unit he recommended. He was very professional, knew his products very well and his recommendation proved to be correct. Thanks Brian!

Everyone here is friendly. They have a good selection all throughout the store. There are two levels. The usual have more than one color of an item. There can sometimes be a long line to checkout at the front of the store on the weekends. I try and go during the week to avoid all the people. This location has a girls lacrosse section. It is not a huge section but I have seen some Dick’s Sporting Goods stores with next to nothing for girls lacrosse.

Solid whitewater kayaker paintings. Also, they sell real 175 gram ultra star ultimate discs (frisbees).

The staff at this location were awesome! Really helpful and friendly. Multiple people greeting and saying goodbye. We had taken a cart out to our car and saw there was no cart return. I made it about half way to the door and an employee was there to take it in for us. Customer service 10/10 🙌🏽

I really like this place. Almost any fishing tackle I want, ammo for the range, camping gear, stuff for my bow, socks, sports gear...all my hobbies under one roof. Prices are fair some stuff high, but sale items are a steal. I happily pay for the convenience I guess. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working.

Super positive customer service experience today with the store manager and new associate in training. They were very helpful in working through my issue and providing me a solution. Highly recommend.

The store manager was excellent to work with,he actually listened to my concerns about driving store to store looking for an on sale item. The other stores kept guiding me to different stores claiming the item could be purchased there,this claim proved to be incorrect.Hats off to Mike and his co-workers for an excellent buying experience.

Just wanted to give a special thanks to my guy Tanner. Tanner was very helpful in the soccer department with not only myself but others around me asking him questions.
