I had a great experience at Stephen's hair salon. He was very professional and works efficiently whilst creating a comforting environment. Would recommend.

Stephens salon is so nice and relaxing. He did a spiral perm on my hair and it took amazingly, I definitely recommend coming here to anyone for hair cuts, hair color. Etc. such a cute little salon.

BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN MY HAIR CUT! Located in Roseville, MN, Stephen not only makes sure he understands the exact look you want in your suggested hairstyle, he takes the time to detail and is very personable in knowing by inquiring AND knowing by the 46 year’s experience he’s had cutting hair and being recognized with various awards throughout his career. I walked into his shop yesterday upset at WHAT I HAD DONE TO MY OWN HAIR and when I walked out I was once again LOVING MY NEW COLOR AND CUT!!!

Wow!!! I feel like myself again. I’ve grown my hair out for almost 2 years after cutting it shoulder length at a local Great Clips. I wanted a more professional haircut, someone with expertise- the true salon experience. I’ve been cutting my hair with Great Clips for years, due to finances. Treating myself to a professional hair stylist was the best self-care decision I have ever made! I’ve been working 7 days a week for 6 months due to my surgery clincials so this was well needed. I have very thick hair, and Stephen surgested that I’d let him know about my hair type, so he can coordinate appointments appropriately- so please just give him a heads up! He is very accommodating and sweet :) He was personable upon meeting and made my experience great. Not only did it seem like I was talking to a lifelong friend, buty hair turned out so beautiful and mature. I love it so much. I will be coming back to him and I am so blessed to have stumbled upon his business. Thank you for a wonderful experience and the change I needed :)

This place is awesome! Pictures does not do my hair justice as it looks amazing in person! She did a fabulous job and I love how my hair turned out!!!! Definitely recommend and I will be returning😊

I have some major hair anxiety from experiencing major hair loss to having issues with brittle breaking hair and Stephen is the best. I went in and was a little skeptical as I am with all hair dressers but Stephen was so nice and explained everything he was doing to my hair and why and very understanding of my nervousness. We are working on restoring my hair and landing on a new routine to give it the best chance at staying healthy. I wasn't planning on finding a regular salon but now I am very excited to know I have a place I can go monthly and be taken care of and heard.

This was my first experience at Stephen's salon and was very pleased! The hairstylists were all very professional, attentive, and friendly. I was in bad need of a fresher look. The stylist, Rebecca, accomplish exactly what I asked for and gave helpful suggestions to make the new do even better! It was a pretty dramatic change taking at least 6 inches off and I love it! I did not feel rushed during any of it. The environment was very welcoming.

such an amazing place! I decided to go here on a whim because I needed my hair done and I was shocked on how amazing Stephan did on my hair, it’s the best it’s looked in years! Customer service was amazing and he kept a conversation going the whole time, asked about my life and made me feel very comfortable, before I knew it the whole hour had passed. Stephen is a Master of hair! His years of experience means he knows your hair better than you do. I am very picky who does my hair, so I am thrilled I found him. I love going to Stephen's Hair Salon. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly. When I call to make an appointment, I am treated with respect and consideration. Melissa has been doing my hair for years. I just love her! She has a great personality and best of all, she knows how to cut hair! When we moved to the Twin Cities area, I searched and searched for someone new to cut my hair. I finally found Melissa! It took me awhile, but she was definitely worth it. While you're there, get a massage. The massage therapist is also wonderful.

Steve has been my stylist for nearly 6 years. In the last few months we have been changing the color from a dark brown to lighter brown with highlights. Steve is amazing, we have talked through the color and the transition to my new style. Oh yes, after a lot of discussion and pictures for review the cut changed from one length to a layered shorter cut. Steve knew it would be a big transformation and I love it! Their new salon is smaller, but a perfect fit for the team that work here. I strongly recommend Steve. Don't forget to ask his advise on the wonderful hair products they carry, including Color Proof, Brazilian Blowout and Moroccan Oil.

Marina is a major talent. She's been doing my hair for 2 years and I have always received spectacular results with cuts, color, and waxing. Hospitality is also big at Stephen's Salon. I always get courteous service on the phone, when I walk-in, and when I leave. Customer service is a lost skill set in so many businesses, but not at Stephen's. They take care of their customers. I'm so glad I found them!

I had been looking for a good salon to get my hair done close to school, but hadn't found one. Stephen's Hair Salon was a great find! It's very clean and the people working there were very nice and welcoming. Melissa did a wonderful job with my hair! When I told her how I usually do my hair, she did exactly as I asked and made it look wonderful! I would recommend that anyone go here to get their hair done!

This is my second review ever, I had to do it as Stephen is awesome. He listened carefully to me, took the time to look at the pics I brought and discussed with me what he could do to get closer to what I wanted (my hair was so massed up from a previous bad hair cut somewhere else months ago). He not just fixed the problem but gave me a great hair cut! It's so well done that I barely had to do anything to it after washing my hair.

Steve has been doing my hair since 1995! I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else. He is so talented with color's and I love being able to just sit down and he knows exactly what needs to be done. I am complimented constantly on my hair and many of those compliments came from people who have since gone to steve for their own hair service and have loved him as much as I do. I know it truly matters to steve that his clients are 100% happy with their hair and the services he provides. He is always honest about what will and will not work for your hair. He is the best!

Stephen's Hair Salon is a warm, hospital respite from the everyday stresses we all encounter. Walking in the door I am always greeted with a big smile. The salon products are wonderful. I've had my eyebrows waxed twice by Melissa and it is the best waxing I've ever had. Seriously. She is wonderful. No plucking stray hairs that were missed when I leave. I've been going to the Stephen’s Salon for almost 6 years. The Salon itself has a very neat decor and very clean atmosphere. My hairstylist is Marina. She is very good at what she does, and with more than 20 years of experience and a friendly personality she makes herself a great hair stylist. She really listens to what you want and does it perfect. Today I was there again, and Marina cut and colored my hair.
