2) the staff seems to love their jobs.
3) so easy to work with when selling items.
4) beautiful concept, why not reuse things that kids grow out of so quickly?!

At OUAC in Duluth MN, I always find great stuff, most of which looks brand new and is a steal of a deal especially when compared to the prices clothes are going for nowadays! Regularly priced items in the retail stores cost so much that I consider myself lucky if I can afford more than 2 or 3 articles of clothing for my daughter! But at Once Upon A Child, I'm able to buy 3 or 4 OUTFITS plus a gently used toy, book, and/or a brand new fashion accessory! The fact that they have such a wide selection of items and sizes is great! Why buy brand new when kids grow out of their stuff so quickly? Sell them the things your kids no longer have a use for and then, turn around and buy from them stuff they do! How convenient! Love this store! ( even more so now with their expanded store room! ) See you tomorrow for your AWESOME 90% off sale!!

Great place to shop for kids apparel! They have so many amazing options and the employees seem happy to be there!

I love this store when looking for clothes for my 5, 7, and 11 year old children.
Unlike other thrift type clothing stores, everything is in excellent condition and presented according to gender and sizes. The employees are very friendly, and there are reward points earned for discounts on future purchases.
You can also bring your gently used clothing to sell here or earn instore credit.
This store also sells a wide variety of gently used toys and baby furniture items.

Since I started having kids I have utilized once upon a child! Going on 8 years and still absolutely love to find my kiddos clothes there! They always have good prices and I also love selling my gently used clothing to them or trading for some bigger sizes for my kids. The store is always so well organized and clean and the staff friendly and welcoming:) It's so nice to not have to spend an arm and a leg on clothing that kids grow out of so quick!

I LOVE this store!! I buy and sell here regularly and am always happy with their service and friendliness. The selection is huge and easy to look through, they regularly organize and shift around the special sections. Their already great prices get even better during their awesome sales! As a Mom of 2 I appreciate that my kids can check out the toys and books while I shop. I'm always happy with their offer when I sell. I understand that I'm not going to get as much as selling myself but with the low hassle and quick offer it's totally worth it to me! Plus being able to help a locally owned small business makes me happy! Thank you for being such a great place to shop!

They have a huge selection of clothes/shoes/toys/everything for your kiddos at super reasonable prices. I have always had pleasant experiences while shopping here in person and while interacting via social media. The other day I asked a very specific question about an item I needed for my daughter, and they replied very quickly and pulled a whole bunch of options for us! I love how well organized the space is and how quickly I can find what I'm searching for!

I have been coming into this store since it has been open to shop for my child. The employees have always been cordial, helpful, and knowledgeable! The inventory is always changing. The store is always clean, bright, and well organized. The environment of the store, which includes the employees and the owners, is the main reason why I chose to apply to work there as a part time job. Now that I work at Once Upon a Child, I can tell you that I absolutely love it there! We employees are thorough and do pay attention to detail to items that come into our store. We care about the customers that come into our store. We want them to have the best experience, and want to see them again! This is a local small business, and the owners work in the store! There is a unique collaboration between the employees and owners, between the owners and customers, and the employees and customers. I am grateful for this store as a consumer, and an employee.

Store is full of gently used clothing in all age ranges. Clean and well put together! Staff is super friendly and always greets you will a smile on their faces. Definitely a hidden gem in Duluth. I have gotten so many wonderful deals there!

I have been here several time to sell them my used stuff. I haven’t had any issues. If they are busy they are extremely apologetic and I understand I never give them grief over it. I’ve never had a bad experience. I am currently about to have baby #4 and I’ve bought a ton of stuff there for her. My daughter and I will go in and spend hours looking at stuff. I am a military wife and since Covid I haven’t been able to get my card updated and they have been super nice about it. I’ll keep going there as long as I can.

I have bought many clothes from here for my kid. Staff are always friendly. I haven’t sold yet but I think I will try next time I go. Definitely recommend for us parents on a budget.

I have had some really great shopping experiences here and always feel like i'm getting a deal. Store is clean and packed full there is so much to choose from. Nice selection on every day items but I personally find myself coming back for holiday and seasonal changes just to get updated sizes in summer/fall/Christmas type clothes. I will definitely be back to keep up with the growing boy.

Absolutely LOVE this place! They have an amazing selection of clothes as well as baby equipment! I'll never pay full price when I can get such a great deal here! The best part is when the kiddo grows out of clothes I can sell them back!

It would be a challenge to name my favorite part of coming to this well run business. The owner sets the bar high on customer service and her employees do her proud! Welcoming and warm, helpful and fun... great products, and speedy service! Can not recommend enough! An asset to our community!

Very great place to go find baby and kid clothes

For 2 days in a row they had to put up with my undecided butt making the employees stay an he later. I felt horrible but by how nice and welcoming they are.... Cheaper prices than lots for tots and such a variety of things !!!thanks to the guy and girls last few nights that Had to stay late for me. OH AND THANKS FOR FINDING THE MATCH TO HER SLIPPER RETUR ING IT TOME THE EXACT NEXT DAY!

Wow, totally amazing. Went there to purchase preemie and newborn items. Was shocked at how much merchandise you had and the staff were terrific. Coming down from Canada, your store was well worth the stop. I will be a returning customer....Thanks again
