The clinic was small, everyone was nice, I had a short wait time, and Dr. Gopal was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her. I saw all the negative reviews, and was wary of going here, however I had a great experience, and wanted to share it to offset the negative reviews!

Dr. Moreta is a highly intelligent person and demonstrates intense passion for her profession and research. I believe she cares deeply for her patients and tries everything within her power to provide her patients the most accurate medicine for their condition. She deeply desires that people will listen and follow her directions to a T to gain the greatest benefit, making an impact on decreasing their bodies over activated inflammatory response. She is very intense, and when she’s on a roll talks & writes very fast. I have had 7 Joint replacements. She told me confidently, following the last surgery that is “the last one you’ll ever have to have.” It gave me such hope! She is good hearted and uses her expertise to guide her, toward the most perfect outcomes. And as her patient you must strictly follow her guidelines.
Thank You! Ann L.

I see Dr. Moreta, and couldn’t disagree more with the reviews on here. She is extremely brilliant, and her brain goes a mile-a-minute, so she does speak fast, and tries to get in as much information during your appointment as she can. She takes at least an hour with each patient, where you get about 15-20 with other specialists. She talks about health, nutrition, and anti-inflammatory ways of living to improve your overall well-being. Her demeanor is not for everyone, because she is brutally honest, and will let you know if what you’re doing is progressing your disease. She deeply cares for her patients, and sometimes that comes off as preachy, but she is the expert, and her recommendations have never steered me wrong.

Dr. Moreta is the worst doctor of any kind I’ve ever been treated by. She is rude, no bedside manner whatsoever & full of herself. I gave up on my care because her methods were so counterproductive to my well being.

All I have to say is DO NOT come here if you need any help. I've never been more disrespected in my entire life. Staff also doesn't wear scrubs in the infusion area, which is weird.

Absolutely worst care I’ve gotten in a long time. I see Dr.Gopal who seems sweet and caring but I get the vibe that everyone well I will state first I am an African American woman and we get the worst care from providers in general. I was diagnosed with medium levels of rheumatoid arthritis and she put me on a medication that takes months to start working then I kept have it bad flares and ask for an alternative. Mind you I never asked for any narcotics. She tried to give me a medication that she needed to check my liver every month and I refused it and said I’ll find some herbal way to ease pain and I’ll take muscle relaxers which she also didn’t want to prescribe like I asked for an opioid. To be in pain missing work constantly and not being heard is a huge problem. Most caring person is the lady at the front desk in Roseville. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have talks about not prescribing anything at all for pain to people of color. I’m currently waiting on medical paperwork that I’m sure will be a hassle to get it or I’ll probably be towed. I don’t have the diagnosis I have lbs these people need to be looked into. The doctor I see is probably the best person to see at the clinic

I waited a month for my appointment only for it to be canceled the day before with no explanation other than “after reviewing your intake paperwork Dr. Ridley has decided he won’t see you and recommends you contact a pain clinic.” I don’t have pain. I never mentioned anything about pain. I asked for someone to call me and explain why they canceled my appointment and of course no one has called. However based on these other reviews it looks like it’s for the best…

The strangest thing happened today. I went to see Dr Moreta She didn’t ask me anything about what I come to see her for. She was so unprofessional she keep referring me you people! yea we people who?? She never examined me or ask me one question. She went on and on about the nutrition I need to eat showing me and lecturing me. Talking about her family and her country that she hates at one point she mentioned her parents. I’m sitting with pain on my body.she said if you are depressed or sad I can’t treat you. I’m like I know where those professionals are I’m here for joint pain. Crazy!!! Afterwards she called my doctor! And when told my doctor what happened she was shocked and said yes I remember her calling me and she was strange.

No names but the female doctor from this facility is one of the rudest person I have ever had any interactions with ever. Scheduled to work 4hrs. I was there 3hrs 45min before the female doctor came and told me she had no more use of me and she would not pay me for 3hrs of work when she had the option to let me go after the 1st hour. Instead of having a reasonable adult conversation she berated me in front of 5 customers. DONT REQUEST SOMEONE TO COME WORK 4HRS THEN BERATE THEM FOR YOUR NOT WANTING TO PAY FOR SERVICES!!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS WOMAN

Do not see Dr Moreta she is crazy. She is very prejudice against people on welfare. I'm not even on welfare she assumed I am because I'm black. She acts like a drug addict. She threatened to get me kicked off of my medical coverage. She told me that her checks pay for my health care. Like I have already said she is a medical bully. Pleas do not see her. As far as the other staff no problem. Its just her. After I left my appointment I called the front desk to tell her staff I was not returning. She got mad and called my insurance company and tried to get me kicked off my insurance. Now the sad part about that is I have diabetes polomyositis and fibromyalgia. She does not care. If I were kicked off of my insurance. I would die from the diabetes. Remember Dr Moreta God don't like ugly.

One of the most confusing and disappointing experiences I've ever had. Dr. Ridley speaks like a used car salesman, never giving you time to ask a question or even process everything he's said. He's definitely got some sort of god complex. He tried to prescribe me hydroxychloroquine for COVID completely out of the blue, which is an invalid treatment for a disease I didn't have. I was there for back problems. Insane. you can do better with literally ANY other rheumatology clinic.

Yes she is not only will she tell you that you have something you don't have she will try to interfere with other medical professionals you deal with and try to back you into a treatment you don't need...I have since went elsewhere and found she was not close...if you go be prepared to sit in your underwear for an hour
