AT&T Store

I got very good experience with Att and their staff. Very welcoming and quick and quality services. My iPhone 15 Pro max is ultimate without AT&T I would’ve not able to get with good reasoning.

Everything was perfect. I walked In the store and was helping immediately very polite very considerate, understood what I needed and got right to it and help me even get a iPad for my son. Thanks.

Sam at the Roseville store was absolutely fantastic! I had explained to her that my social media accounts had been hacked, and she gave me the number of a person who helped her when hers was hacked. She then helped my son get a new phone and transfer all of his information over in one visit. She even got us a better discount on our current plan and save me over $70 a month! Outstanding customer service!

I’m very satisfied with the service. I forgot his name but he was very helpful and personable. I went to Roseville location on 11/10/23 @ around noon.

On all three visits Samantha was working by herself. Samantha greeted each customer in a calm reassuring professional manner. She assisted me with questions about my new phone and a billing issue. Her expertise and knowledge was very much appreciated. Samantha went above and beyond in her service. I really can’t say enough good things about Samantha.

I was very upset after working with AT&T over the phone!!! I should have just went into the Roseville store from the start. Samantha was amazing!!!! She fixed everything in 5 minutes. She is so knowledgeable and sweet. She totally restored my faith in AT&T. She needs to be promoted or at least a raise. And I would also like to thank DJ he was very knowledgeable and kind!! Very smart man. Keep up the great work at the Roseville store. I will definitely be back!!!

I went in for a phone repair and I was very impressed with an offer to upgrade my phone and get an Apple Watch for only a couple dollars more per month. The salesman was incredibly helpful. The same salesman was also helping several other customers with a terrific level of customer service.

Worked with Josh on making changes to our plan and could not have had a better/easier experience. He was kind, knowledgable and an all around pleasure to work with. We left feeling fully confident that we were moving forward with the best option for us!

My nephew and I were in the store yesterday to have a new Sim card put in my phone. The store manager, Dejayy, was awesome! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and fast to top it off! I would very highly recommend this store above all others. He even gave my nephew a coupon for a free donut. (Which we later found out expired 2 years prior) but it's the thought that counts. I've been helping my mother inlaw with her finances. Her AT&T bill was pretty messed up for a long time. I knew we needed a manager. Walked into the store bracing myself for a major headache. Spoke with Andrew the store manager. This man gave us the BEST service I have seen in a very long time. I think he actually cared. He was calm, understanding our families needs, focused, very knowledgeable, took control, explained all the steps that he was taking to straighten out over a year of billing issues. We entered his store angry, upset & wanting to leave AT&T after being with them for over 20 years! After Andrew's assistance, we left extremely happy, satisfied & we know the final steps to take care of a year of billing issues. Way to go Andrew👍truly we appreciate you😘👍

I had such a great experience here the other day when I came into look at a replacement phone. I was greeted right away, and then quickly helped by Wilson on the sales team! He walked me through my options, has answers all my questions, and got me the perfect set up! He also told me about AT&T TV.. all I have to say is GET IT! I will be going back in to get rid of Comcast and move over to that. Thank you Wilson, and the Roseville team for making my experience awesome!

Coleman T!!!! You sir are a saint. I spent all day black Friday trying to get my son's phone working. From AT&T in Forest Lake to the Apple Store at the mall back to AT&T in Roseville... all in all about a 6-7 hour day with it being an apple issue although apple insisted it was a phone issue. Coleman spent the extra time going out of his way to fix the issue. Thank you so much!! It's people like you that make customers stick around.

DJayy was my service representative. He was extremely professional, efficient and kind, and easily multi tasked with helping several customers at a time. He has excellent customer service skills and made my experience very satisfying. He deserves recognition and a raise. He's a model employee! Highly recommend AT&T store in Roseville! This store was absolutely fun and full of energy! I came in for a screen protector replacement and was greeted immediately by the manager Wil and Andrew both very polite. They passed me on to Daveon who was helpful and patient with me. I asked all kind question about my service and phone and he took his time. Made me feel calm and relaxed and not like I was bothering him. This store is amazing I will come back for all my needs.

Steve was great. He made me feel safe during these crazy times. I seen him sanitize several times while working with me. The manager Wil and staff was cleaning areas throughout the store during my visit. I spoke on several occasions that he has a great team there and that store is top notch!

Djayy was so helpful when choosing which iPhone to get. So many options but he was able to get the perfect phone for me. Thank you Djayy for everything!!
